Amazing service! On time, friendly and highly professional. We recently had a visit from Dr. Riaz who came in to our studio, checked up on and cleaned ears for our staff members. Riaz was a great guy who talked us through the process, gave us plenty of advice and answered any questions we had about hearing and maintaining healthy ears so it was a very educational visit too. I had been suffering from a blocked ear on my two week holiday and, unable to find any services open on the Saturday I returned, came across Auris on Google. From the rapid response to my email from Dr Rampuri, to the efficient and effective treatment itself, it was an impressive experience and one I will definitely use again if needed. The 24h service and at-home treatment is a real USP and I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Dr Riaz is very polite and very professional. My 82 year old housebound mother had completely blocked ears, Dr Riaz was very patient and was determined to get all the wax out even though some was very difficult to remove. My mother could hear again and the whole procedure was pain free. I would highly recommend Auris Ear Care as a mobile ear care provider.

I booked the microsuction treatment for my team who are all professionals in the music industry.
The doctor, Riaz, was professional and friendly throughout, and (despite discovering what can only be described as an archeological dig site in my ear canal) the treatment was pretty much painless. My hearing instantly improved and I feel like a new man. I'll be waxing lyrical about this treatment to all my friends for many (y)ears to come.

After nearly a year of problems with ear wax and despite another clinic trying their best to clear them this clinic gave up and recommended Auris Ear Care who came out the next day. I also now had an inner ear infection which required treating Riaz removed the wax from one ear with a child’s probe as my ear canals are very narrow and gave me a prescription to treat the infection.
Riaz then came back 4 days later and cleared the other ear and I finished the course of antibiotics.
I can now hear conversations properly again the service I received was without fault and I was in quiet a bit of pain, the service wasn’t cheap but why should it be with 2 home visits and writing a prescription but definitely worth it.
