What a great service! My ear had been getting gradually more blocked, until I could hear nothing.
My GP Practice said it would be at least 2-3 weeks before I could even get an appointment.
I sent a message to Auris at about 3pm, was called within the hour and Dr Rampuri arrived at 8pm. By 8:20 the job was done, and I could hear again!

I went in with mild hearing loss in one ear and muffled hearing in the other, after my treatment i was amazed at how much the loss was due to impacted wax. I'm a sound engineer and I now regularly olive oil my ears to maintain my ears. Though if i have any future issues I'll be returning to auris for private consultation!

The service was explained before treatment. Honest recommendation made by the doctor. A cut above the rest of the private clinics available locally as you are seen by a Specialist, Qualified, UK Registered ENT doctor. COVID19 sterile practice maintained throughout the service.

Quick, easy, painless and cost-effective. That's how I'd describe my ear wax removal treatment by Dr Riaz from Auris Ear Care.
After finding the service through Google, I contacted Dr Riaz and his team and was offered a choice of appointments. I selected one after the working day and, much to my delight, he arrived at my London flat perfectly on time, and with some state-of-the-art equipment, all sterilised and ready to use.
The treatment only took a few minutes, was totally painless and worked perfectly. With ear wax now completely removed, I can now hear exactly what I have been missing in conversations, especially in a loud environment or public place.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Riaz and Auris for speed, convenience, price and professional ability.

Dr. Riaz Rampuri of Auris Ear Care came to my rescue during the first lockdown with a home visit to remove wax from both ears, using his suction machine. He was extremely pleasant and efficient, arriving in full PPE. My hearing was quickly restored after I had been almost totally deaf for 4 weeks whilst trying to soften the wax with oil. No treatment was available from the GP surgery and the cost was very reasonable for the home visit.
We recommended him to a friend who was equally pleased with his visit.

Having had my right ear blocked recently and sorted by my GP i thought my ears were in a good state. This turned out to not be the case. Both ears completely still blocked. Riaz was helpful when setting up the appointment, precisely on time and made the procedure comfortable, communicating what to expect and then guiding me through the procedure.
The equipment that Riaz used was compact and not intrusive in the slightest, setting up in seconds.

I partook in the free ear check at BSI last week.
The doctor was extremely friendly and professional.
He explained the issue with a blockage in my ear in a clear and understandable manner.
The procedure to drain the blockage was handled swiftly and professionally, I would definitely recommend other people partake in the service.

It was an amazing experience getting my ear checked in my house garden. Dr. Riaz took care of my ears very delicately without causing any pain, I was shoked to know that my earwax was cleaned without any pain. He was very joyful and happy the whole time. They even made a visit at a very short notice. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone.
