Dr. Rampuri came to my home for an ear exam and subsequent microsuction on both ears. I know my ears produce a lot of wax and have been having trouble hearing my colleagues at work. Dr. Rampuri was professional and set up his equipment quickly. He also answered all of my questions about how the equipment works and how to take better care of my ears. He recommended a yearly exam to follow up but that I should also use olive oil drops once a week in my ears to keep the wax soft.
As a side note, I have a large dog around which he was relaxed (although pets cannot be in the room during the treatment).

Great service. Was called late on a Saturday to book an appointment which I didn't expect. My ears were microsuctioned without too much discomfort and was impressed by the mobile kit. I was even called before hand as Dr Rampuri was running a little late. Very professional.

Auris were great. I have had problems with my right ear for years having been told by my GP that I had "thin ear canals". I arranged an appointment at home with Auris and immediately felt that I had a professional looking after me. Turns out I don't have particularly thin ear canals but that I needed to treat my middle ear, which having followed their advice has resulted in pain free ears, at last! Auris offer a fantastic service, totally pain-free and they genuinely gave me confidence that my ears are now tip-top!

I called upon the services of AURIS when my 80yr old Mum was becoming deaf from accumalating wax. In addition, Mum is housebound and agaraphobic following a fall. We received a same day service and the procedure for both ears was carried out seamlessly, efficiently and gently. The result was astonishing and a great relief to Mum, who can now hear me muttering! Just to say I am very pleased indeed with the treatment provided by Dr Rampuri, who visited my mother Ruth at home last weekend. I was genuinely surprised at the remarkable improvement in her hearing. I dont know what he did as I wasn't there, but Ruth can hear a pin drop now and hold a normal conversation with someone across the room. It has made a genuine difference to her quality of life and I thank you for that.

Auris Ear Care attended me at my home at 2.5 hours notice. I was advised that there might be a delay owing to traffic, but that was not long. The treatment was explained to me first, as I had not had suction before, and was performed thoroughly, efficiently and successfully.
I have suffered with ear-wax for many years and often found the old method of treatment by syringing quite uncomfortable. This was not the case with Auris' method, and I would certainly use them again if the need arose.

Over the years I have had my ears cleaned at my GP's surgery, by a wet method. This time the process was dry, rather more comfortable and effective.
I am 92 and my hearing was never perfect, but it had recently seriously deteriorated. The doctor came to my home, properly Covid protected. He took only a few minutes to remove a lot of wax from both ears and my hearing was back where it was six months before. I still use a hearing aid for some tasks, but now I can generally function without it.

Found them on Google I have 4 sets of elderly parents all of whom suffer from Wax build up, wish I had found Dr Rampuri earlier. Parents were made to feel at comfort and at that age you always worry. They can't speak highly enough of Dr Rampuri! Will recommend and now be our family go to specialist! Just brilliant, so fast from appointment to visit, emailed 8pm response by 9pm and turned up next AM 10.30 and helped Dad, you should see my Dad's face he is so much better, thank you again!

For weeks I would go through the uncomfortable feeling of softening up the wax using olive oil all most never reaching deep inside. With both ears clogged one Saturday I started to look for solutions on internet and came across Auris. At first it seemed to be expensive Harley St service. Frustrated with discomfort I decided to call, from that moment onwards I found the service prompt, professional and friendly.

Auris Ear and Dr. Rampuri are amazing. Called them up because I had a wax blockage in my ear. Dr. Rampuri came to my home, was very professional, and took all the necessary precautions to gain my confidence given the pandemic. He walked me through the procedure and managed to sort our my problem quickly and painlessly. having a blocked ear is no fun and i wouldn't want to have another one, but if it ever happens again would definitely use the service again!

I've booked a home visit with Auris Ear Care due to pain next to my right ear , which was caused by a recent wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Riaz Rampuri , checked also my left ear which happened to have a wax build up. I've never had my ears cleaned by a doctor before , so I was quite nervous. Dr Rampuri was very patient and calmed me during the procedure. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. Will definitely recommend and I will use in future if needed.

Auris ear care provided an efficient and quick response to my enquiry and in turn a timely and exceptional at home service. A qualified ENT came for a home visit and checked my ears and provided me with the solution I needed there and then. The at home service was equivalent to a 5 star clinic treatment but with the added convenience of being at home. I would highly recommend to anyone considering such a service.
