Second day trying to call with no answer. Their contracted service (premium number) cannot answer my question and refers me back to the site. Still no answer. Going through a lot of trouble to ensure my wife and child can visit my family in SA.

Been trying to contact them for a long time now and cannot get in touch. Can someone please help. My passport does not have enough pages for a visa- and I need to apply for new visa so assume I need to either have pages added to my existing passport or get a new one.

Incredibly slow
They open only for 1 hour for visa collection and there is only one desk open for it.

Its not even worth it writing an email only god knows how an embassy cant answer its phones, not once, not twice at least 15 times. PATHETIC and SHAMEFUL have no clue how they are actually helping us!

Try inform the South Africans in the UK that to renew your passport, you DONT go to South Africa House on Trafalgar Square, but, in fact, down the road in Whitehall. Embassy staff are rude, unhelpful. TIA?

Highly inefficient service in person, don’t respond to emails whatsoever, don’t pick up their phones.
My new passport was with them for a month and no notification. Had to find out via Home Affairs Pretoria in SA.

Quite possibly the worst service out of any of the embassies in London, staff are lazy and rude and extremely unhelpful, so much so that we changed our holiday plans and went to Kenya instead, and don't even try to call because no one answers and you just get disconnected all the time!
