If you pay in advance and go to the express lane the experience is OK and I found staff went out of their way to help me with a big bulky Item, So If you have to come to this Argos pay In advance and use the express lane or go to the Whitechapel branch where customer service Is always excellent!

Too much waiting time although there are many staff in the store. I assume they are slow and can be inefficient.
The buzzer is supposed to notify you that your product is ready for collection however you can still wait up to 10min after it vibrates and sometimes they can even give you someone else's product.
