Chaos expediting products, no organisation whatsoever and queues of 30 mins for a 5 min pick up so far. Staff don't offer any explanations and there isn't any sense of urgency.

Too slow no proper system for paying and collecting everyone just stands around not knowing where to collect from as they no longer give you a number so they dont call out so you dont know when your item is ready. Waiting 30 mins to receive my items. Go back to the old system of get a number and wait to be called

Some good deals, if you can withstand the frustration and inefficiency. It feels like the store is gaming their KPIs. The boards have no relation to what is actually happening with your order, and the wait time is always much longer than printed.

Waiting time "approximately 15mins" - currently have been waiting for 30mins. Worst service ever. Except one friendly gentleman who apologised sincerely for the wait. The other members of staff seem disinterested and lazy.

I bought Hygena Montgomery Ottoman Bed Frame - Black double and king size from 22nd july and did not get it until now. when i called them (Argos customer service) first time they said everything will be delivery on time but not, second time i called they said will be delay 2 or 3 days until then its not coming i called again and speak to guy call John he said the beds i bought did not pass custom he want me to choose any other bets from Argos instead and i choose {Heart of House Rochford Kingsize Ottoman Bed - Black} first time they said not in stock call back in 5 days,yesterday I called to Sharon she said will check with manager and call me back and did not. Today i check online and make sure it is in stock then i called at 5:12pm the lady said not in stock and will never be. I feel really helpless. I paid £449.98p from July and get nothing now. If Agos could let me know the problem early i could get refund and get somewhere else because its Sales time but now with this money I can't get it from somewhere. All this time Argos did not contact me even one time, only me have to call 5 times.

Useless! - Went online, reserved all my items which were 'in stock' in Old street. Shop is STILL closed to the public?! - Way to mislead customers, considering the refurbishment is aiming to bring Argos into line with new technology this is a schoolboy error, and so close to Christmas.

Appaulling service every time. Staff would clearly rather be in bed or in front of an episode of Jeremy Kyle rather than serving customers. It seems to take three members of staff to do anything in this store. Never fails to disappoint- Just terrible every time!

Like the iPads, but the queuing system is terrible, no one knows what to do, and the staff have no process on getting your stuff to you, I could see my purchase sitting on the rack for 20 mins before anyone thought to look at it

Argos is one of the places every Britton hates but finds themselves in every few years. Wait times are atrocious. Every time I've been here it's 30 minutes plus. Unfortunately, it's also the only store in the area that sells cheap essentials that you don't really care enough to spend serious money on - toilet brushes, bins, etc. Hence my repeated patronage.
