Walked in to a practically empty store and paid almost immediately for items reserved online. Then had to wait longer than my estimated 11 minutes, how can I have to wait that long when I'm only one waiting for my items, while people coming in way after me ordered, paid and collected items ahead of me. Slow service from backroom staff.

Nice newly renovated store. Downsides are that it's often very busy with a queue, lots of stock not sold for collection here off the website and many of the touchscreens seem to be faulty.

Very slow service. Came here to return something, there is no tills for return. Need to use main queue. Also one of the self pay does not work. So only one available. On top of that, they do not call out ticket number! You need to queue up to get your order on first come first serve basis. What's the point using self service. Currently still in queue with only two people serving!

Wasted money, specially when you have an unused and unwanted item you want to return and the lady called Anusha was very rude when she was talking to me. I would not have that person as a manager of the place, so rude.

The most unpleasant shopping experience ever. I ordered a pan set together with some other items. However the pan set hasn't arrive after 2 weeks. I phoned the customer service but they said i have to come to the shop in person. I came to the shop in person but they said i have to phone the customer service. No one is solving any problems and the customer service has never called me back as they promised. Never!

I've shopped at Argos for over 30 years, it's pretty good, where else can you shop and find a wide range of products in one place? And now you can check stock before you go and reserve.

Nice modern store. Unfortunately it's a pretty slow process. There doesn't seem to be enough staff and it all tends to be a bit slow. Don't go here after work if you can avoid it.

Avoid going here if you can. Service is always extremely slow, even with very few customers inside. Whilst waiting for 15 minutes as the only customer with a delivery the staff are chatting and joking behind the counter, with no staff at the collection point, despite my number being called and subsequently dropping off the screen without anyone checking on my order. Of my previous visits there is a similar story. When my order eventually came the staff were friendly so 2/5

Very welcoming place and the staff are excellent and always get my items on the exact time stated on my recipe or usually quicker and couldn't ask to be a better place to be served on then this store.

Recently refurbished, this isn't quite the dire and depressing box store it used to be. Having bought and paid online, you can use a different queue which is theoretically faster.

I wanted to buy a beer but the girls were really mean with me and my friends!I'm a tourist but but I will not come back here ( 3rd August 2018 night) all of the workers who were in the terrace, I don't recommend this place :(

Really mixed experience with the staff - some were great, helpful and simply pleasant to talk to. Others are simply rude and lazy. Sadly the rude staff seem to be the majority.

New terminals that enable a fast search with no problems.
A small detail from one of the members of the staff, that was Olympicly ignoring the queue (me), then another customer came to the fast track Lane, and even so took her a bit to move towards him.
Called the management, that assured that would check the CCTV, to analyse the behaviour.
I don't really care if they did or not, it's their business, they can for sure have one or two people unwilling to work.
However the other two members of the staff went beyond what I was expecting, so maybe I'm comparing excellence with normal.
However too both of them I would say 6 stars out of 5.
Thank you for your time and kindness to help me find the right product for my needs.

The waiting times are not that great and they have gone back to opening normal hours as opposed to early,I understand many customers were not in attendance but perhaps they should have promoted the early hour shift more so more people knew-now they open when many people are at work.

I knew about Argos when I moved to UK. This is great online stores to buy home products with a very low price (even cheaper than Ikea!). Bear in mind that the physical stores have limited products, you have to buy on line and pick up in their stores.

The service is really rubbish in this store. All the time I go there a long que and only one person on the cash desk. the collection wait i usually have to wait 15-20mins. so i would advise you pay go to a shop and come back as you will be waiting for your item for a while, even when it is not busy it still takes long. The staff seem like they do not enjoy there job as they seem miserable and there customer service skills is really poor. Maybe because there on rubbish pay and always short of staff. Argos needs to invest into their staff training and the managers need to know how to manage the shop floor in this place.

This 'flagship' digital store is so tragic. Which ever personnel or supplier was appointed to create the 'customer experience' was absolutely winging it. Ordering process is pointless, queuing is a free for all, customers linger awkwardly for products, the collection time is noticeably worse than before and staff seem completely unaware of how pissed off people look when they leave. Back to the drawing board surely?

I wish I could give minus one star.
I am 7 months pregnant and couldn't carry a large item to my car. The staff were very reluctant to help me. Finally got a young man to help, however he carried the item to the corner of the road and left me standing there even though my vehicle hadn't arrived. I did not have anyone to help me load the item and I did not want to leave the box on the side of the road so I had to ask a random person on the street to help me load it.
Such bad service.

This place has some bad reviews, but my experience has never been TERRIBLE.
They are slow, but I've found that to be the case in almost all Argos stores. I've never found them exceptionally rude either.
I will say when it hits the start of school time/university time, most things are out of stock because there is a student building around the corner, so I would say it you have other places you can buy things during the months of September/October, try to avoid the crowd here.

Angels for the power of everything get a ricoh theta camera on your birthday take a picture of yourself set the camera to the time/date you were born then get a gold Rolex on your right hand and a silver omega or sekonda on your left. At the time you were born flip a pound coin in your right hand make sure it lands on heads and put it on top of the gold watch facing heads up then get a 10p and flip from right hand to left make sure lands on heads put it on top of silver make sure you don't drop the coins then straight after put you index and middle finger on your ceberal cortex on your head and you will realise everything with the knowledge and power after you view through time!!!!!!!
