Excellent service and helpful. I bought my fridge and microwave 19 years ago . My fridge broke down after 19 years yesterday and I want to buy again but unfortunately it’s closed on Sunday. Fridge is dead so have to look at alternative place to buy now. Harris it would be good to have the shop open on Sunday too. Your service is brilliant after 19 years I am coming back looking to buy. The fridge never let me down until now which is understandable.

delivery date was not as promised, took 2 days extra. BUT when it did arrive, they brought the wrong fridge freezer, so forcefully made them bring the correct one that afternoon. When they brought the correct fridge freezer, it did FIT INTO THE LIFT!!!. so had to pay the delivery guy EXTRA MONEY!! just for him to unscrew the doors of the fridge freezer and make it fit into lift without the packaging.

Just taken delivery of a large fridge freezer into tricky basement location. Well-known online retailer previously refused delivery when they arrived on our doorstep and saw more than 6 steps involved! Cue panic as our old fridge was dead. Went to Harris who arranged site visit, purchase and delivery of fridge with a matter of days at same price as online retailers. Everyone we dealt with was super-helpful and we will definitely head back there when the need next arises.

I have been using Harris Electrical for over the last 10 years, however I wanted to try an online supplier that advertised a next day stress free purchase. This couldn't have been further from my experience, not only were the telephone support staff rude, condescending and rigid they arrived at my property looking for any excuse not to deliver the appliance. Thank goodness for Demiz and the wonderful staff at Harris, no job is to small or too big, they took their time advise a site survey and made a plan for getting me the appliance I wanted, at a competitive price delivered to my needs. I can not recommend them any higher than to say you need not look any further than 62-64 Lower Clapton Rd.

We bought a Smeg cooker from Harris this spring (2012). We've needed three repair call-outs since then. Bad enough, but you would at least expect the vendor to sort things out when things go wrong (as they sometimes do).
However, on each of these three occasions, we were made to wait in all day for the engineer, who then did not turn up! We were offered only nonsensical explanations and a new repair dates.
Needless to say, however much I would love to be able to recommend this local, long established business, I can only recommend customers go elsewhere.

I went to Harris after a miserable experience with London Appliances.
Previously I had ordered a replacement integrated Fridge Freezer from London Appliances. They were clueless about both the product and how to fit it. Unsurprisingly the result from dealing with them was utterly dire. They ruined my kitchen and the product itself was damaged. I lost £400 from the experience and was intimidated by their staff. Please don't make the same mistake.
I was worried about dealing with another company and had become paranoid about getting an integrated fridge freezer replacement in my home. Euronics was a recommended name and Harris Electrical in Clapton was closest to me.
I can honestly and with 100% confidence say that dealing with, Demiz, Debbie and Ergin at Harris couldn’t be more different. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I really appreciated dealing with real people who actually took the time and made the effort to make sure I had a good quality integrated appliance, that it was fitted professionally and that I was treated decently and with honesty throughout as a customer.
It’s been about three weeks since was new appliance was fitted and I’m still genuinely delighted with the results. I’d have no hesitancy to recommend them to others. Thank you again it was worth every penny.
