Not actually had them round but in the phone call they were helpful and even suggested the oven wasn't faulty. That's honesty. Thanks guys!

Used these guys for a fridge freezer repair. Very good service, fast and efficient and not overly expensive. Highly recommended.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! One of the worst customer experiences I have ever dealt with! spoke to Hamza who initially answered the phone without saying hello "i'll call you back ye" and then calls me back by saying "ye go on".. this man had no idea who I was or what I was calling about so to approach an initial conversation like that was completely unacceptable. I had tried to call them as they were booked in for a repair on Saturday for a fridge freezer but no-one attended or even had the courtesy to call and advise us they were not coming. The initial company Reairs4u who instructed this company have been informed to never use these people again. very disappointed and I cannot see this business lasting very long with their attitude and the fact they cannot even be bothered to show up to a job!

I do not recommend this company for appliance repair. They are dealing with a problem with my rangemaster oven and hob and I feel that the problem has been misdiagnosed and a very expensive repair initiated that hasn't fixed the fault. Communication is also poor with no clear lines of contact.

Excellent service with friendly staff. Very handy as the business offers both brand-new and second hand appliances. Overall, very pleased with my experience :)

In and out! The service was top notch and everything was done in a timely manner. Convenient for those working 9-5 without enough time to spend waiting about in a shop.

They came out and temporarily fixed the dishwasher. Then we paid in full for the all the parts. Since then we have made 2 appointments that they have consequently missed both. We are quite annoyed having now paid in full and they haven't shown up to finish the job.

Staff were great and super helpful!
