Why is the council not connected to the outside world by telephone by persons (human beings)... this is 2019. I have not received an answer to my parking ticket appeal that I lodge with the council in August 2019. How long do these things take.

I’ve been trying to sort out council tax for a month.
Useless mess of a website is constantly down and phoning them is impossible. No doubt I will receive a demanding letter in a few days demanding payment... Shoddy outfit.
