Ive never managed to get through to anyone. They send bullying letters and text messages with threats of legal action and no way to discuss them. If I could give no stars I would. Prior to Covid the council services were very poor and customer service was non existent. At this point now I don’t think anyone is working within the council. I’ve been waiting 4 months for a response to an email, I’ve sent a few follow up emails and now in the process of a complaints procedure.

Just spoke to the fly tipping reporting service, unlike other experiences noted above he could not have been more helpful, took the note and informed me that I will receive email notification of the process, when it should be cleared and when it has been cleared. All scheduled to happen within 24 hours. Can't complain about that.

Waltham Forest council is very poor at dealing with reports. I have reported for a fly tipping 6 times online and called twice now and STILL no action. My work building is full of flies because of the residents living upstairs dumping their trash infront of the building. Still no fine for them and still no action of removal. Disgusting.
