Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Money grabbing council. I got hit with a fine for being on a yellow box, just my wheels in, and not even obstructing any traffic, even though the truc in front of me braked hard. Garden bin failed to get collected, called to report and advised they will collect following day. Needless to say they did not turn up. Called again and was told that collection is not available for another week. When questioned why I was given a reference number and nothing happened, no one seemed to know why. Hopeless.

Switchboard is a disgrace. Long waits and then phone goes dead. Tried five times to make contact with an adult social care social worker - pointless to try. The contrast with Newham Council switchboard is stark. Newham are efficient. Waltham Forest do not appear to be.
