I asked WFC to investigate a fly tipping incident on my driveway, provided all video evidence but only to find the Neighbourhood Operations Officer is unable to view this becouse "Council policy states I cannot personally update software myself". No wonder so many criminals get away with fly tipping!

Live and work in borough chuckit.co.uk e4 Waltham Forest house clearance and rubbish removal, we get a lot of local work clearing houses of furniture and junk as the council only clear a few items and will not enter the property.

Missed bin collection worker to busy mucking around. Reported missed and told will be collected within 1 day 5 days later STILL waiting i guess they will leave it behind as now too heavy!! Reported again to council basically not interested
