I want to give under 1 star but is not possible. From 4 weeks nobody comes to collect the waste, smelling very bad and the rats and fox have in an everyday diner, breakfast, and lunch. I make 2 complaints no answer the waste still waiting to someone collect. For what I pay 1400 £/year council taxes?

People that work there are rude, NOT helpful, they try to brush you off, they hang up on you if you don't agree.
I have water coming into my house through the outside wall and they tell me it's not an emergency because the water is not gushing in!!!!!! They tell me call the surveyor and hang up.

Council website looks like it was put together in the early 2000's and hasn't changed since. Want to pay your council tax? Forget it.. Website is intentially built to cause you problems and almost certainly as a means to charge you more for late fees. They honestly need reporting for there shady setup up to fail system.
