Disgusting treatment at the hands of Ealing Council. Refuse to confirm parking permit despite having taken payment three months ago. Refuse to allow access to visitor parking until permit confirmed. Contract out parking issues to an external company who do not engage or communicate in full.

Enforcement officers just love slapping penalty charges without a proper assessment of contraventions. What makes it worse is they argue. If you provide a service please don't argue with customers/residents.
