Phillips & Still handled the sale of our house when we bought through them moving from Elm Grove area to Preston Park area of Brighton.
Alice handled the open day and subsequent viewings with great flair and the feedback she gave from each viewing was thorough and very useful. She is a real asset to the company and is a great starting point for any sale.
Richard and Chris dealt with the sale, which was a bit protracted due to the seller, with a high degree of professionalism and positivity.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to get the right agent to handle your sale and Phillips & Still provide an excellent, personalised level of service to get things over the line at what is a very stressful time! Highly recommend these guys.

Richard and Chris really went out of their way to make things go as smoothly as possible for us. We were so impressed with their service when they showed us around a property to buy that we went on to sell two properties through them - one in Hove and one in Hurstpierpoint. They were extremely hard working on our behalf and always responded to emails and phone calls very quickly. I've already recommended them to friends.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Had a sale in place with another agent, Phillips and Stills were told repeatedly to remove property from their website but continued to market. Returned from my holiday to be told by my solicitor that vendor was selling it to a higher bidder that these guys had found! I know business is business, but this is disgusting, and not the way good people do business.

It’s hard to work out the point of an estate agent that doesn’t respond to enquiries. I asked for details of lease, etc by email on Thursday afternoon and received a quick response from Josh on Friday morning saying they would send them as soon as possible. The Monday afternoon I chased them up with another email. No response. Now, a week later, still no response. How rude, I shall look elsewhere.

Friendly, helpful but honest estate agents? Oh yes, they really are. Richard Phillips and Chris Still are absolute legends and I can honestly say that without their help throughout the 9-month drama that was moving house, I think I might have lost the plot altogether. We had our flat on the market initially with another agency who turned out to be absolutely useless. I called Phillips and Still on the off-chance and Richard was absolutely convinced that he could sell the flat for £25K than the previous agency had recommended. I was slightly dubious but figured that there was nothing to lose and a couple of weeks later he was proved right and we had to cancel the planned Open Day because it had already been sold!
Throughout the whole difficult, drawn-out and tedious process they both remained calm, helpful and were always happy to answer questions, no matter how often or how silly they might have seemed. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.
