After viewing many properties with other agents Nicola was like a breath of fresh air and really stood out as being in a different league to other agents. Nicola knew all of the little details about the house and took great care in making sure we saw everything. Nicola is incredibly passionate at what she does and that came across in a very caring genuine way throughout the entire buying process.

Both James and Nicky were super helpful and professional throughout, they sent me a video of the property as I couldn't get down to see it during lockdown and they were always quick to respond to emails and give me all the info i needed. They really went above and beyond and answered all the questions I had however small. They handled the deposit and gave me all the important information before I signed anything. The signing of contracts and handover of keys was really efficient and everyone was friendly and kind, I felt very welcomed. Would definitely recommend using them for renting and finding a place you love in Brighton and Hove.

Nikki and James at Century 21 were absolutely brilliant . The definition of going above and beyond and we’re simply fantastic during the stressful journey of selling a house. Despite the local ‘big boys’ attempting to sell my house - I believe that the personal friendly approach adopted by Nikki and her team was the reason we managed to sell our home at the right price during a global pandemic. Fantastic service. This Estate agent found tenants and manage my property in a very professional and efficient manner. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they have always responded very quickly. My tenants say they also get the same 5 star treatment. honestly can not thank drew and the team at century 21 enough. From the very first meeting with drew she made me feel so confident that they were the best agents to go with. which they completely lived up to through the whole process of selling my flat.

We cant praise Drew, Nicky or James enought. Sold the house with a week of being on market. And even when the buyers pulled out. Drew was very positive and sold it again within a couple of days of being back on again.
Drew was extremely helpful, professional and friendly all the way thought the process and nothing was too much trouble. As we were in Spain during the whole period, we had to ask Drew a lot of favours which she did without any question.
They are no doubt the best estate agent, were you feel that you are the only person she is dealing with.
Would highly recommend Drew and Century 21.
