The woman working at visa counter number 4 is the most ignorant and disrespectful person I have ever met working at a professional embassy. She was rude to every customer that visited the embassy that morning I went for my visa. Absolute disgrace. Avoid this dump like the plague.

นัดทำพาสปอร์ตออนไลน์ทางระบบส่งอีเมล์ยืนยันส่งเลขที่อ้างอิงให้เรียบร้อย ให้สามีลางานขับรถมาให้ลูกสาวขาดเรียนมา ขับรถมาสามชั่วโมง มาถึงเจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าเป็นระบบเก่าให้โทรนัดอย่างเดียว!!แล้วทำไมไม่เอาลิงค์นัดออนไลน์ออกคะ โทรเป็นร้อยรอบก็ไม่ติดหรอกไม่มีให้ฝากเสียงด้วย เข้าใจว่างานยุ่งแต่ควรจะปรับปรุงระบบด่วนเลยนะคะ แย่มากๆแบบนี้

บอกตรงๆว่าพนักงานห่วยแตกมาก ยิ่งพนักงานในโทรศัพย์นะ โหย ถ้าไม่จำเป็นไม่อยากจะติดต่อเรย ควรปรับปรุงได้แล้วนะค่ะ การทำงานของพนักงาน เร็ทติ้ง ตำมาก Worst service and Very bad staff, i wish i dont have to deal with all this people specially people on the phone...they talk to you like dirt!!!! El trámite de la visa se hace en el piso de abajo. Por lo general no hay mucha cola. Se pide la visa un día, entre las 9 y las 12, y se pagan 25£. Al otro día se recogen de 11 a 12. Trámite sencillo y rápido
