This is my 'go to place for all things technology related. I myself am clueless about phones & laptops & so I always require specialist knowledge & advice in order to make the right purchase. This is extremely important as CEX do not offer cash refunds although they do have a 48 hour cooling off period which allows you to exchange your item. The expertise if the staff here & their friendly yet professional help & guidance is second to none & I can't rate them highly enough. I am delighted with my most recent purchase of a phone. Highly Recommend.

Sold them a range of DS games, including those in the pictures. Despite DS games not exactly being very popular now, they gave me a good price (£8 for Mario kart) so would recommend selling to them. Works out a better deal than selling to eBay since you don't have to pay fees or faff about with postage.

I would have given them 5 stars as their products are always exactly as described. Things like games get sent quite quickly however a tablet I ordered on boxing day took 12 days, a similar item ordered elsewhere at the sans time arrived in 2 days. This has happened before and I wish it was made absolutely clear to customers before we order so we can make our own judgements. Other than that I can't fault them and their returns policy is great. I will continue to oder from CEX.

Don’t go there you will be racially discriminated against.
Was not allowed to inspect what I was about to purchase even if I gave a deposit, company policy appearing to supersede actual law.
When the black guy next to me was allowed to touch what he was buying before he bought it.....discrimination.
So the guy didn’t like answering questions to which he was obviously caught red handed lying....

I suffer from irritable bowl syndrome, and often need to release my gas whilst out and about. I found this toilet called CEX on western road and can't recommend it highly enough. I go in, pretend to look at wrestling DVDs, and old PS2 fifa games and then let it rip, the amazing thing is no one notices the stench! The smell of the customers and stolen goods hides my aroma perfectly. I hear there's one on every high street, how very convenient for me. Keep up the good work, and long live CEX, THE BEST PUBLIC TOILETS!

What I love about this place and why it's getting 5 stars is not there prices I think there prices are Abit to high but they do have good prices on stuff you want to sell and furthermore you don't stand around for like half an hour anymore as they have guys and girls with tablets that can serve you without having to go to a till. Really pleased with my last visit.

Cex always a great place for a bargain. Purchased many Xbox one games at half the price of retail price. Online shopping excellent. Very speedy in delivering your purchase. Staff will always provide advice and answer any questions on goods. Always worth at look at Cex for an item that is usually more expensive in other shops. Always recommend.

Great collection of games. You can find lots of cool discontinued gaming consoles and retro games for your collection here. If you are lucky you can find older games for much cheaper than elsewhere.

Refused to exchange a game because of a ‘Christmas policy’ which wasn’t explained to us when we bought it. Then told us we should’ve read the entire terms and conditions...? We told them which store/colleague gave us false information, one colleague said they would contact the store, but when the manager came, he refused to contact them, saying ‘I just wouldn’t do that.’ Unhelpful staff, also didn’t see anyone smile since we walked in. Unwilling to resolve a really simple issue, disappointing

Great selection of electronics games and DVDs. However I don't recommend buying mobiles from here! Not everything you get secondhand is completely 100% playable/ in full working order! Staff are really nice and always very accommodating.
