Worst experience possible ! Entered the store looking for a new phone to buy, was shown just one phone the cheapest iPhone they had..... I asked if they can tell me some specifics about the phone, in which I was told no they can’t I then asked if they had a leaflet or can get some information on the phone was told no to go online and look. Responded ok then I will go home and go online to find out the information went to leave the store, salesman was shaking his head and rolling his eyes. I then pulled him up on this and how rude he is being He then lied and fabricated a load of nonsense why he was shaking his head and rolling his eyes.......if you’re going to sell a phone maybe learn some specifics on the phones in your store and show the customer more then one phone! Instead of being all round rude !

I've been with the O2 for over 10 years and most of these years I was looked after by the guys from this shop. Today I was looking for a new phone and a contract and was helped by Benny and Morgan. Both were very helpful , even tho it was a pretty busy time of the day they managed to answer a million of my questions and they got me sorted out pretty quick and smooth. Very good product knowledge and customer service , all together a very good shopping experience. A+++

Being of a certain age, I get a bit frazzled with phone and tab sometimes. O2 staff were very patient, helpful and attentive. Got new s10 and tab.Guru Helped me with transfer of data and gave me good tips to follow. Both items are amazing. So happy. Thank you boys at Western Road store.

Very nice shop with extremely friendly and helpful staff. If they dont know something about a specific phone they will always try to find it out for you! I was in and out in 30 minutes with a new phone and plan!
They also gave me time to transfer my old phone data onto my new phone and get everything set up before I left the shop. Never felt rushed ????????

I was amazed by how nice the staff were and how quickly my phone got back from repair (it only took 72 hours from the moment I've left it in the store!). Compared to an experience from hell that I've had with Carphone Warehouse a couple of years ago, this experience was beyond what I expected.

Pretty useless didn't really seem to know anything had to keep going and 'checking' if this or that could be done. Went in store to cancel an o2 contract because of ongoing signal problems i.e. Zero service at home or at work and they said it couldn't be done in store and had to call customer services. Was then on hold to them for 30 mins. What's the point of having a store if you have to call them up for something so simple?

I have problems with signal and they are my provider 20 years. I went into the shop with my son who is a tech wiz. I dont think they understood all the issues. I was told to contact the guru. I bought a samsung S9. But store was a bit heavy with changing sims. It depends on the staff on the day.
