Absolutely discussed with the service, they put a glass screen protector on my phone which popped off on the edges with in 20 mins, I went back and they said they'd change it for free. But needed to wait for them to come in on next delivery, each delivery apparently came broken or missing! They said the protector would be fine but if it breaks then they will replace it! Just been there today as my screen as now smashed! And they have told me to wait another 7 or 10 days for a protector to come in stock but my phone will still be fine!
This is awful service!! I will never be using them again!! Now got to fork out another £25 for a screen protector!

Hi, i am not usually one for writing reviews, however hope that this comment would prevent people from making the same mistake as i did when i had my iPhone repaired at Fone World in George Street, Hove.
After discovering that my phone had stopped working i took it to this shop to find out that the motherboard was broken and required full replacement including the screen. I was quoted £150, which i accepted and returned the following week. Upon collection there was two individual customers in front of me complaining about the service. The first person wanted to know why her phone screen had fallen off within a matter of weeks, which the guy behind the counter accused her of breaking it and refused to repair, she left shouting and he did his fair amount of unprofessional shouting himself.
Then the second lady who had a water damaged phone repaired complained as her camera stopped working, of which the same guy claimed that they had repaired the phone but couldn't do anything about her phone camera, but still demanded £130.00 or she wouldn't get her phone back, therefore leaving the poor lady no option to pay the money for a still broken phone.
This obviously concerned me so as i collected my phone i checked the camera, which at first did not work.. they managed to fix somehow but from that day my phone has constantly had problems with battery dying, screen freezing and the phone basically having a mind its own calling people without me even touch it.
The guy that works there clearly does not care if he returns a broken phone but strangely very much cares about ensuring that you pay him cash only.. i wonder why!!!!
If by some miracle my case was a one off i wouldn't have bothered with this review but the fact that i was the third person in a matter of 20 mins to have a broken phone returned is just not fair!!
I therefore stress that if you are considering having your phone repaired there because they have quoted you happy please do not bother, you will be greatly disappointed within a matter of days, wishing you had paid the extra ££ to have it repaired by competent people.

Do not use this place,absolute cons,I came in last week for a new screen for my daughters phone, which they was quite happy to do,I was very pleased as I thought I had got a good price (£40),after having the new screen fixed the lady in the shop (manager) gave me my phone back and said if there was any problems,to bring back within the week,which I thought was good of them.when I got bk home after taking the phone out my bag and giving it to my daughter, a crack appeared on the top corner of the screen,(the phone was not dropped)also after she looked at it,she said the home button was loose and the brightness of the screen was so dark u can just about see the apps, my daughter always has her brightness on low,but after getting the phone back she has to keep the brightness on full to be able to see the screen,I told my 14 year old daughter don’t worry I will take it back and let them know as she was very upset,as I live in Worthing and the shop is in Brighton,I couldn’t get back to the the shop till 6 days later,when I explained about the phone,the manager basically said it’s not covered for pretty much anything,she wouldn’t even try sorting the colour out for me,as she said herself as it was a cheap screen the colour won’t change,I said it would of been nice for you to of mentioned to me b4 I paid to get the screen done,cuz if I would of known that the screen would of be darker from having a cheap screen on it,and not the apple screen before,I would of rather paid an extra £60 to get it done at apple shop,so I can actually see the screen, the Manager was very unhelpful arrogant and rude,so basically I paid £40 for a cracked screen,dodgy home button and can barely see the screen,and drove all the way from Worthing to b told there’s nothing they can do,very bad customer service would not recommend.

they were amazing- my friends phone broke and they were really helpful and honest. In the past I have found many phone shops tend to exagerate or lie about problems involving my own phone in order to get more money- not this shop! They took my friends phone apart and showed us exactly what was wrong with it and gave us a better price than that of other phone shops we had previously tried that day. I have since been back concerning my own phone and were extremely honest and told me the best thing to do, even though it meant less money for them. Both times I have been, the staff we extremely polite and friendly, and seemed far better informed than the other phone shops I have been to. This is now my go to phone shop!!

Absolutely useless, rude and ignorant staff. Tried to explain an alternative solution to what could have been the problem (taken iphone in 4 times to repair screen and it is non responsive every time, was fine before they touched it) and I was told to shut up by one of their workers before I could finish, that they know best and apparently know better than Apple. Avoid this scummy shop at all costs. Would give minus 1 star if given the option.

I highly recommend the services and staff at Fone World , based on the two visits I have made so far.
A while back, they replaced a cracked screen on my iphone, which was carried out very quickly and for a very good price (along with a screen protector) and the staff were excellent.
Today, I went back as I'd been having trouble charging another iphone. Worried that I'd have to replace the charging dock, they simply cleaned out the current charging dock, there and then - without charge.
I find this level of 'faultless' service hard to come by these days and it's certainly refreshing.

NOT HAPPY AND DONT RECOMMEND. A few weeks ago you sold me a Samsung J7 Neo phone for £160. Little did I know, it isn't a J7 Neo like you had advertised. Typing the model number in online it comes up as Samsung J7 NXT which is years old now from release date. You dont even provide covers for the phone in your store. You had the phone in a J7 Neo box and advertised it as J7 Neo which quite clearly this is not a J7 Neo model. I will be revisiting your shop this week for a full explaination and full refund on the phone, it gives the option to edit the model details, you have even edited the phone to be a J7 Neo when it's not it's a J7 NXT. Misleading information and completely different model. I am not happy and will be visiting in a few days for a full explanation and refund. I will warn people to fully check model numbers before buying from here to make sure you have the correct model you pay for ensuring you're not paying expensive rates for models that are years old.

DO NOT GO HERE THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES And that fat one with the big belly and beard his photo is already up. Took my iPhone to fix the screen and stole my iphone6 front camera and replaced it with an old one. Paid a £100 to waste my time and get robbed! They seem nice at first so don't get tricked cause this guy completely denied he did anything dodgy to my phone and basically stood there smiling even though my front camera was working PERFECTLY fine just before.I ended up calling the police. Soon this shop will be SHUTDOWN. Business will never last longer if your robbing your customers. Bunch of useless fat idiots can't even do a simple job. I hope everyone sees this before going there because I wish I did and And I defiantly wouldn't have gone. I seen how you've done this before to many innocent people. I hope everyone else reports you to trading standards as well.
