Popped in to get some information about a Google Pixel handset, spoke to Sam who was incredibly knowledgeable. He knew about the quality of the phone I was looking at, including the materials used, the camera, size, approximate bill cost and even a bit about Google. Really impressed with his knowledge. Sam was also very professional, friendly and easy to understand even while wearing a face mask! Hand sanitizer by the entrance and limits on how many people/families in the shop. A really great experience.

Such a hassle to get a contract with EE, after all paperwork was completed my sim card couldn't be activated as it was 10min after closing time. Had to go back again the following day. Staff are un interested and mixed up phone numbers and contracts. After the second attempt at activating the sim card, it still doesn't work. They told me in store to call customer service, however customer service couldn't even find my numer on their system as they gave us the wrong sim cards. Now we have to go back to store tomorrow AGAIN! I wish I never started this contract... I will close it ASAP! Went into store today this is the 5th day in a row... They said now I need an appointment for them to fix THEIR mistake! Avoid this shop and network!

I have been there several times and mostly I was happy. Last time I wasn't sure if I picked the right provider (EE), when I went there to the shop,but I have to admit I've changed my mind,of course positively. I am not sure about the EE shop worker's name but I think he is Greek,and he has been excellent! He really wanted to help me with my issue.And finally he sorted out. Thanks for that! This is an excellent customer service!Well done!

Wife and myself visited Sunday afternoon as we were due a free upgrade, not sure what we wanted so was looking for advice. All the staff seemed totally uninterested ( we were the only customers in the shop) eventually a lad wandered over and muttered 'can I help you?. After checking our contract , he did little to offer advise and getting an understandable response was like pulling teeth. I decided to call it a day and we left saying we would be back when we had carried out some research, Went to carphone warehouse next door and got great service.

Went in here to get a different size sim card for a new phone and was told you have to order it on the phone as they cant do it in store. When I phoned up I was told on the phone there is a charge to order it over the phone or I could go into any store and get one for free. On questioning them further it became clear it should have been done in this store but they lied so they wouldnt have to deal with it.

Took my wife's iPhone which had been immersed in water to the Brighton Apple Store, but the stores assistant did nothing to help, he didn't even look at the phone. We then took the phone to the EE (the network provider) and they could not have been more helpful. Will took out the SIM card and looked at the iPhone and advised that it was useless. We then set Plan B into action and the Will put the SIM card into the replacement iPhone and took us through the set up procedure. The Brighton Apple Store need to take customer service much more seriously, in fact they should take a leaf out of EE's book who were absolutely amazing. Thank you Will, for your kind assistance

New manager in Churchill store Georgia was so helpful. Had some issues with new upgrade and she had such a calm and friendly vibe about her, sorted everything for me so easily and understood my frustration of a mistake made by EE, didn’t charge me additional prices and upgraded me. I can see why she was made as manager at such a young age! Amazing customer service - give this gal a promotion!!

very rude and unhelpful if you are not buying anything. my brother who is partially sighted and had a contract with ee went into the store today in Churchill square brighton, to seek help in obtaining a pac code so he could change from ee to another company. he was met with 2 male members of staff who were rude and unhelpful, my brother explained his sight problems but the still did not aid him in any way. It quite diffrant to when he obtained the ee contract at a ee store in London a year ago.the staff there set up the phone arranged the details of connection etc SO unlike the staff of the brighton branch!! in fact the staff from the 3 store next door helped him do the change over I feel that the 2male members of staff he dealt with this morning need a lesson in social skills and guidelines of helping people with a disability

Absolutely dreadful. Went in yesterday to get a new phone. I knew I wasn't able to get a free upgrade but the salesman was very intimidating and tried to get me to change over my broadband at home. I said to him I just want to buy a phone and leave. He persisted in his up selling and sales pitch. I walked out. As a result I am terminating my long standing contract. I went next door to the Carphone warehouse met with a delightful lady who sold me phone of choice within 3 minutes.

Zero stars! Terrible! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I went to ee simply to change my card, as the old one did not fit in my new phone, but got taken for a ride. The woman there convinced me that I need a completely new contract and sold me 1 thing, but she completely lied about EVERYTHING! She did not care what she was selling and made up prices on the go, just to get me to sign a contract, and in the end I got a completely different deal to what she described and wrote down for me, and when we returned there the next day to complain that we were mis-sold and lied to, they blatantly continued lying to our faces! Even thought the information was completely different on my account to what it said on their website and they admitted it, but they just kept bullsh*tting me anyway and refusing to fix things, or cancel my contract from the day before and kept intimidating me, threatening to sick their lawyers on me and call the police if I don't pay them all the wrong tariffs they mis-sold me for a YEAR TO COME! I was promised a pay-as-you go contract! It was too good to be true and I got duped. They are callous, disgusting people to take advantage of pensioners like this, lying on every corner just to make a sale. They deserve every bad thing that's coming to them. Companies like these should be punished by law.

The sales technique.. or should I say 'tactics' are a little over the top. I walked in looking for A new SIM only contract and was surrounded by 3 guys at once. They bombarded me with jargon about coverage and 3G speeds. Ultimately they didn't have a contract that struck between data allowance and price. It was close, but every network seems to have either a few £££ too much or too little with far less data. I was practically sat down in front of a contract ready to sign before I could make an excuse to go to the Three store and get exactly what I wanted. I didn't really appreciate everyone whipping out their phones to show me coverage, speed tests and ping speed of the EE network! It was all very intense and despite my plea for somewhere between 3GB and 20GB of data for a middle price point, there were only those two options and the employees were desperate to push one of them on me.

Went in to inquire after a phone contract. The gentleman at the front of shop took some details and asked me to have a seat. Waited over 10 minutes in a shop with more staff than customers. After a couple of new customers arrived and were seen to immediately I got up and left.

Store was quick enough to get a contract out of me they was supposed to change my number and get back to me in 5 mins I waited 4 hrs for them to contact me back then still did not do it manager was rude on the phone so I had to sort out phone number with ee direct complete and utter useless store all need sacking as simply can't do there jobs

NO Stars .... I had a problem with my bill .. I first went to Car Phone Warehouse where i purchased the phone .. Where I received 1st class service. The lady cam with me to the EE shop and said would stay with me till resolved .. The cap was less than helpful .. He told me I had to ring EE ... !! I was standing in an EE store !! After a while as he realised we werent leaving . He dialed a EE then handed me the phone . I informed he I was hard of hearing but he said that was as loud as the phone went . Then he walked off !!! I struggled so the kind lady from the Car Phone Warehouse took over and relaided to me .... I think your staff need training in Customer Care and awareness if a customer has a disability .. Not just look for a customer who is going to purchase someting ... I was distgusted and appalled with the customer care in the EE store.. Such a difference from the staff in the Car Phone Warehouse....
