THIS IS NO REFLECTION ON THE STORE, BUT AS A WHEELCHAIR USER.
Place is not accessible. The only top reviews I have given are of venues that can have a wheelchair in/ or have ramps. This might be a very nice shop but I do not know. I have wanted to purchase stuff but I cannot unless I am with a carer. A ramp will be needed/required and it's a bit of a shock that there isnt one provided as they are reasonably cheep on amazon these days.

IPhone 7+ screen replacement. Done in 20 minutes. I guess there's some risk in not having Apple fix it. On the other hand, it's less than half the price. Looks as good as new. Nice guys. Great service.

Utterly amazed by their continious iphone mending knowledge and ability. My poor iphone has been through everything but the shredder this year (kids!), but somehow these guys have the knowhow to bring it back from the grave. Good honest and very happy to help guys. I can't recommend this shop enough if you have a broken, bent, non responsive phone. Leading electrical retailers could learn a thing or two from Sam and his Fone World team. Spot on!

Catastrophic 10 foot drop of iphone face down onto concrete.
Screen smashed into fragments.
Fone World to rescue - answered questions on phone then when dropped in he did it immediately. Friendly, courteous and no fuss.
Perfect.
He is much cheaper than anything Brighton side also. Much and no booking or long wait.
Bravo.

Bought a screensaver and case for my p20... A couple of months and the case split and the protector didn't sit properly. Took it back and they were not interested in the slightest. Tried to say that i had dropped the phone. Avoid like the plague. Not a good experience. Go somewhere else.

This place is a joke. Wish I could leave zero stars! My daughter is distraught. She was upset enough when she broke her iPhone 7 screen. She took it to FONE WORLD for a replacement screen. The screen was replaced, but the guy has killed the home button! Stating that it will never work again! Absolute disgrace. On his phone during the repair so clearly not professional repairers. My advice to anyone who needs a phone repaired to avoid this place. My daughters phone is now ruined. I have taken it to a local reliable repairer that I have used in the past. When they opened the phone they found screws to be loose also. Be warned
