Sean was extremely helpful and very friendly, he made me feel welcome and provided an outstanding service, I was in and out very quickly and got exactly what I needed. Manager rudely ordered employee to sit me down. Employee was smiley and making eye contact when he expected to make a sale, when I showed him a far better deal online than the one he was offering me both eye contact and smiles went away and he barely managed to mumble a goodbye. I know how sales people operate, and I don't trust a single word that comes out of their mouths. I always do my research. Three stars because I have received decent customer service in the past.

I usually get good service in this place, but the 19 August at 10:15, i received an awful service from one of the women at the store. She wouldn't let me talk, interrupted all the time by saying 'let me do my job' when I was just explaining my concern and when I asked again to make sure, she said in a very rude way 'as I already told you'. My concern was very simple to address and it wasn't solved. i didn't expect such a treatment for asking a small question. I hope three trains better their staff and customers receive a kind treatment

Visited the store last Wednesday wishing to buy an unlimited data 1-month plan (£26). After going through all my information the employee told me that I had to sign for a 30GB 1-month plan that would switch to an unlimited data plan by the end of the day (I did not question that, since when someone walks into a store, they usually trust the knowledge and expertise of the staff- well I guess I should have known better). Two days later (Friday) the plan hadn't switched to an unlimited data plan so I went back to the store to figure out what exactly was wrong. A different employee helped me at this point telling me that the email that was supposed to be sent two days earlier hadn't been sent, and that is the reason why my plan had not changed to unlimited data. He told me that he had now sent the email and once this was received it would be a matter of minutes before the unlimited data plan was activated. Monday evening and the unlimited data plan was still out of sight, so I went back to the store for a 3rd time within 5 days because now the data available on the 30GB plan was so low, and I was risking being charged extra for someone else's mistake. A 3rd employee received me this time; he did not seem to understand why his colleague told me to sign for a 30GB plan. He checked for the emails I was told were sent and he could not find anything (!?). He offered to upgrade my plan for a £3 charge which would mean that I would have to pay £27 each month instead of £26 because of some employee's uselessness. I told him that this was not fair at all since it was the company's fault but apparently there was nothing he could do. Since I was desperately in need of internet and I was told that the unlimited data plan would be activated 24 hours later "only"(!) I accepted the offer. 27 hours have passed since that 3rd visit and I'm here, wasting the valuable data left on the 30GB plan on this review!

I have visited to 3 in Brighton and I had the pleasure to be dealt with Samantha who dealt with my complaint regarding my handset that I bought in 3 and to which I had a contract. Samantha was very professional and had a fabulous self-awareness and make me she feel at home at home whilst I was in your 3 office. Samantha dealt with my complaint expediently , effortlessly, calmly and with a smile. Samanta deserves to be promoted from her position as a supervisor . I also have ad a chance to interact with Rayleigh the assistant manager who has listening skills and oozing with good attributes for 3. I would add that Samanta and Kayleigh are assets and faces of 3. Ervin Arguelles , a devoted customer of 3.

The manager (Mark) was attentive to my needs and has been really efficient in helping to sought out my late partner’s contract with Three. visited your store twice for same thing. activate my new sim. first time i couldn't wait.. returned about 20 minutes later. you made me sit down. okay.. you started your store closing, no problem again... no staff to deal with me. 1 guy swipping floor, other guy closing door. im on waiting. why on earth managing things like this ? well, i walked out again.

Three's customer service is beyond low. And the shop workers don't seem to care either or realise what there doing. When I tried to upgrade my phone i said i want the same deal i had. I was to by the shop worker that's fine you can have that deal. A few day later got a message from three telling me my deal was not correct and to go back to the store. I went back and was told that deal had expired I would have to pay another £12 pound A month for the same deal. (How is it an upgrade if I'm having exactly the same but it costs me more?) I said why has it changed the guy said that's fine I was told he was no longer works for us and this is the deal and if I didn't like it ring three so I did while at her desk. I was asked can't you do that outside were busy???? I said yes you are dealing with me!!. When I got through to three I was put on hold 4 times when I asked for a supivisor I then asked him for a manager I was told there wasn't one in today. I said this is rediculace. He said if your not happy sir try another shop????????. I canceld the contract and moved to another supplier

What a total bunch of incompetant idiots the staff at both Brighton stores are. I have a problem with my phone and went in to speak to them. However they were completely uninterested and unhelpful saying they are not technicians, I knew that but just wanted pointing in the right direction as to who to go to for help. I felt very uncomfortable in both stores as the staff just didn't want to know. I will definitely NOT be renewing my contract with them.

The shop floor is very accessible and the entrance is actually quite big! However the wait here is very long and sometimes the staff can be overworked and stressed ( much like any other place but here it's more so )

I went into this store to add credit to my daughters phone. A member of staff kept trying to upsell one of their plans to us. However, as we were in a rush, I constantly told him I won't be able to do it right this minute. He then got upset, agreed to do the tap Up voucher and grabbed the money out of my hand. He then told me there was no change so there is not anything he can do about the voucher, and handed my money back. So much time wasted in this store and still not getting the service I went for. Never going to this branch again.

The young woman that served me today was very helpful. The teenager that insulted me on Sunday in the same store was humiliating. Said I didn't have an account that I was confused as the visa depit card I gave her wasn't mine. And fraud wad against the law. I have been with you for a very very long time and my bills are paid on th dot I feel I am due an total apololige for the way I was treated. The girl today had no problems and worked like a dream.so different from how I was treated in front of other customers and staff on Sunday. Just saying !!!!

Unless you want a contract, they just walk away from you. Was hoping to buy the Lenovo P2, asked to be shown the features, but when asked if I was interested in a contract, and I answered no, just PAYG, the girl just waked away. Love the PAYG rates HATE the customer service.
