What can I say ?Hmm EE is very polite and I have been w it h them for over one year and now they upgraded me to fast fast 0ping optic fiber as a gamer I really appreciate EE and I do good Business with them I hope to come again

Absolutely disgusted in the customer service. The worst experience I have ever had in my life.
After going in to upgrade my phone after being with EE for nearly ten years- I was sold the wrong phone by a young boy who had only been there a week.
I was told to bring the phone back on the Monday after buying it on the Saturday. They told me it had to be sent away and cancelled for me to get the phone I wanted and told to come back the following Saturday.
Saturday comes - the manager who dealt with it is off sick- the upgrade hasn’t been cancelled and I’m sat in EE for an hour whilst they ring around to find out what’s going on. Sent away AGAIN with the promise of it being sorted by the Wednesday and to expect an update. Thursday comes, still nothing. So I ring in and am told it’s still not being sorted but they will call me when it is. I have been in 3 times now and called twice. I feel I have not had a sincere apology at all and when I told them I would like to cancel the contract all together and leave EE the manager said ‘ok that’s fine’.
I wouldn’t recommend this store to ANYBODY.

Brilliant customer service today in the EE store, George Street in Hove. Cain was patient, friendly, helpful and a real asset to EE. He listened to what we needed and made recommendations accordingly. Would recommend him to others needing a new phone and/or contract.

I went to the EE shop in George Street Hove & the staff were very helpful. The manager certainly knows his merchandise & doesn't make you feel an idiot like some try & do. Out of all the EE shops in Brighton/Hove I would recommend this one.

Recently got a new phone and broadband through this store. All the staff were very friendly, very helpful and more than willing to give us there time and energy to get us what was best for my wife and I along with the best deals they could offer.
Due to some delivery errors, the phone took longer to arrive then what was originally estimated, but they were very quick to mate it up to me with more deals.
I felt well taken care of by everyone working there, from start to finish they went beyond the basic acceptable service. I recommend this branch of EE, because I really felt that they put a huge emphasis on looking after the customer.

Went into this store on 29 May (Bank Holiday weekend) and was so pleased with the service received from Carly and John. They could not do enough to help us and we ended up entering into 2 contracts (entered the store looking for 1 contract.) Excellent customer service combined with very good contract deals - even stayed past closing time to seal the deals. Very pleased...

I visited today this shop because I want information for change here and the manager is very rude. He said “the price are on internet,it changes every day” I don’t thing that it is good company if the staff are rude with the costumer I couldn’t think how many problems I could have if the staff not help me for information prices.

I visited EE today to see a new phone for my mum, and the moment I came in they were like "are you 18" which to I replied "no". I wasn't allowed in the store while vodafone right next door had their doors wide open to everyone. EE probably think I'm gonna do something terrible, like buy a phone from them.

My partner - who is 70, and not au fait with technology, was treated extremely well at this store today when we went in to upgrade his phone.
The young man (very tall, very slim, we didn't pick up his name) explained everything in great depth, arranged with head office for an early release from his recently renegotiated tariff, switched stored contacts, apps etc., dealt with our bloomin'-obvious questions and generally made it a pleasure to continue as an EE customer. A very positive experience, thank you to all concerned.

Diseappointing service after buying phone from them, with contract and insurance.
U'd better have NO problem with your device or its absolute hell to sort out.
As a franchise, the sevice provided is not great, as EE terms & conditions are not to serve the customer but to get the company richer!
shop in churchill square shopping centre isn't better either.
They don't work for you thats for sure.
