Fixed my phone and then later the same day the phone was cracked even though I hadn't dropped it or anything. Went back to the shop and they said there was nothing they could do, not even a partial refund or offering to repair the phone again. On the one hand I get that the phone left your shop in tact on the other hand im leaving you a bad review.

I paid to have my screen replaced. I did re drop it, but it had the screen protector applied at the same time, and a case, and was onto a wood floor and it smashed into a thousand pieces and was completely unusable. I cannot fault the service at the time of getting it done originally, but I think the replacement screens must be of a very low quality - be warned!

I have been going to Global Links for several years now and will continue to do so. The staff are more than helpful and offer a great service with a smile. They are extremely efficient at IT services and repairs and offer great deals on electrical goods. I bought my last two used mobiles from them at a great price and perfect working condition. Highly recommend them!

These guys said they could fix an unresponsive iphone by changing the battery (which didnt fix problem). We spent 40 quid to change the battery and now there is a massive black patch on the screen. Went back in to resolve it and they denied they did it.
I would like to escalte this complaint further and will be taking further action.

What amazing service!! Having dropped my phone in water I left it overnight in a bag of rice, turned off. I rushed to Global Links as soon as I could, the charger wouldn't fit into the port and my battery was low.
" Don't let my precious phone die" I pleaded, the guy on the service desk was so calm & helpful and after extricating a grain of rice from the port, we checked for water damage, there was a very small trace of water, which got dried off, I have just charged my phone fully and all is good. I am super grateful to the team at Global Links, THANK YOU for the 5 star service.

Went in to buy a wireless charger because my clink USB wasn't working. They took my phone and cleaned it free of charge and now it works perfectly. Customer service is 10/10. Would recommend here over any where else

My girlfriend cracked her I phone six, twice in two months. On both occasions they had it repaired within two hours and the service was lovely. They even gave a free screen protector the second time round. we were assisted by Steven who was very friendly and helpful each time. After the first visit, I asked around and their price was also the best of four other shops so I will be continuing to use them if needed.

I have brought so far 3 phones to this shop to be repaired, the first one an old school Nokia many years ago. They have always been quite professional. In one case in which I had to repair a Google Phone Nexus 6P they checked it carefully and told me to think twice before repairing it because it was an expensive job and the phone itself was not quite good. In another instance I had a problem with a headphone jack that got stuck into the Ipad and they did the job in a few minutes for free. I would always recommend them.

110% honest and fully trusted. I visited with my mother-in-law's dropped IPAD. The display was no longer functioning and we assumed it was going to be a costly repair or a replacement. The gentleman serving behind the counter couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. He repaired it free of charge in ten minutes. He wouldn't take any money as it said it was relatively simple. Great to be reminded there are shops out there who act with such integrity and are happy to simply do a good deed. Recommended.

I went here today to sell a phone and was apprehensive, thinking I'd get a bad deal.
I was served, politely and quickly, given a quote for how much they would pay for my phone and left it there for testing for 30 minutes.
When I returned I was given the money and then they gave me discount on a screen protector. I will definitely use this shop again.

I left my phone with them 3 times because they couldn't get the reparation right. It took like a month before they said there was nothing they could do. At the end, I got a screen with poor quality. Also, they couldn't give me a discount for the poor service because they "have already lost money in my reparation" as if it was my fault? Very disappointing.

I got my phone battery fixed here and it exploded in my bag days later! So lucky it didn’t cause any injury’s but my phone is completely broken and smashed to pieces! I wouldn’t even rate a 1 star, they just take your money, fit the dodgy phone part and don’t care about the outcome! Very upset...:(

The advice I got from Paul was great. I wanted a simple iPad for my 83 year old Mum, he didn’t try to upsell me and took time to get the iPad with the capability for the apps she wants. He then helped create an apple account, install those apps and get everything ready for use.
It was tremendous service and much appreciated
