I ordered a coffin floral spray for my Mum's funeral and right from the beginning, the staff were so helpful and considerate.
The result was a magnificent display, which was well beyond my expectations. They even phoned me on the morning of the funeral, to reasure me that the spray had been delivered to the funeral directors.

Wow- some of the best service I have ever received. I received some beautiful flowers for valentines day. One day later some of the flowers had started to die/wilt. Obviously this is slightly annoying so I emailed them and apparently they had experienced a problem with their hydrangeas wilting and they sent out some more (beautiful) flowers within the hour. The flowers that they sent more than made up for the wilting flowers. I am SO impressed with their service. I will definitely be coming here in the future.

Matt Gunn is a fantastic florist and a good man. He has provided beautiful flowers for me over the years, including the flowers for my late mothers funeral and my wedding flowers. Matt and his team are all so lovely and personable. Negative reviews that are not backed up with any explanation are unfair and should be taken as nothing more than hearsay. I will continue to support Matt and his great team, and hope many others will too.

Best Florist in Brighton by far. Talented owner and team. Ignore the malicious 1 stars. Niece worked at Gunnns and said it was a really fun environment. She learned everything she knows about flowers there and was able to to set up her own business as a result.

Ignore the one star reviews which seem to be trending. Knowing the owner of this florist personally, I can wholeheartedly say he is one of the warmest people I have met. I base my review on genuine experience. Our wedding flowers by Gunns florist were by far the best I have come across. Thank you again to Matt and his team.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Gunns today. We had a bunch of flowers delivered for an anniversary, and it wasn't quite up to Gunns' usual standard (we order from there a lot). Without quibbling, got a full refund and a free replacement bunch as an apology. That is what customer service should be! Thanks again to Matt and the team!

Lovely florist's shop also with a great selection of great plants. Always friendly and helpful when I ask questions re: looking after their plants. Only thing they could improve on is that they don't always price up their bunches of flowers and I don't like asking the prices of each. The plants are always marked with prices though.

Well, nothing but praise for the florist, we were not able to get down to see them in person, as we live in Watford, Herts. My father-in-law was passionate about Hot Ar Balloons, he had a full size one & models. We requested the flowers in the shape of a Hot Air Balloon & they delivered the most perfect display. We sent them a picture of the balloon that we wanted copied, just the colours & not all the rest of the detail. We actually did not get to see anything until the day of the funeral, we were absolutely amazed at what they produced. It was perfect. We would highly recommend them

Best florist ever! The gunns family are a very talented wonderful family and they have been arranging the most beautiful flowers for generations. My nan had her wedding flowers made by the late amazing Terry Gunn and his very talented son Matthew Gunn made all of her floral arrangements at her funeral.
The gunns have always been there for us and are a wonderful family. They are so so passionate about what they do. Providing beautiful flowers to Brighton and Hove. Really Matthew Gunn is a lovely soul and has a heart of gold. He works very hard to keep his family buisness going and I've always found his shops an absolute delight to visit.

Gunns are the best florists in Brighton! They always go about and beyond to make sure your flowers are perfect. I've used them so many time and every time they have been incredible. I called them up today to order a bouquet for my mother's birthday. They were so accommodating, and were even able to deliver them the same day. I couldn't be more grateful or thankful for how wonderful they were. my mum absolutely loved the flowers! I live at the opposite side of the country to her and I was still able to get her something really special. Thank you so much ladies you have no idea how much it meant to me ???? 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

We ordered the big displays in Milk Churns for my daughter's 40th birthday party and they were the centerpiece of her " grazing table" . They looked amazing and were a real show stopper . Kept delivering to the wrong address only 5 minutes away despite repeated phone calls, I described the delivery address and it has a massive sign on it. In the end my wife who was receiving the flowers had to wait in the street and watched them going to an empty office block. Ruined the surprise and no apology or anything, totally useless

I ordered a bunch of flowers last minute as we was coming to stay in the queens hotel for the weekend. The hotel recommended Gunns to me they delivered promptly when I needed them very efficient and the most lovely flowers we're there waiting in our room. Defiantly value for money bargin price of £25 big thank u my mum was very happy xxx
