I chose this independent business as the website looked beautiful but as soon as Jane answered the ohone I knew I had struck gold. As a business owner myself, customer service is everything to me. Jane could not have been more wonderful and accommodating, making great suggestions having first listened to what I needed. This was an important gift and the recipient couldn’t have been more pleased. She too commented on the lovely lady who dropped them off, which I know was Jane as she offered to drop off on her way home to make sure it was a time when they would be in. There were many florists in Brighton that came up on Google but I’ve found my perfect one now and if you’re reading this review, I wouldn’t hesitate in stopping your search too.

We had wonderful flowers and fantastic service from Miss Mole's for our wedding in March. From our first visit in the shop we were reassured that even though we only had the vaguest ideas of what we wanted, the team seemed to know exactly what would fit the bill, and it was such a relief, seeing as it was only about 10 weeks before the wedding! The coordination and communication throughout the whole process was great, and we were so pleased they were able to come in and set things up on the Friday, as it was lovely to see the venue all decorated before the big day. As for the bouquets and buttonholes, they were just so beautiful! I was thrilled with my bouquet, and everyone thought the buttonholes were brilliant, so nice to have something a bit different, and all unique. All round, it was great customer service and wonderful blooms, couldn't ask for more.

I ordered the trio of jam jars for mothers day to be delivered after looking for a small local business. I emailed to check Sunday delivery was an option and I got a quick and friendly response to say that it was. My Mum was overjoyed with how beautiful the flowers are. They are lovely and fresh and much bigger and better than expected. First time I have used Miss Moles and I highly recommend.

These are the BEST flowers in Brighton. I live in Australia and often have the need to send flowers to family and friends. Miss Moles flowers are SO beautifully presented, reasonably priced and they last a really long time compared to other florists. The process to get them delivered is super easy. The work Miss Moles did for our wedding flowers in August was amazing - borne out by the number of comments about the beautiful arrangements.
The colours and shapes and vibrancy worked so well and really matched the seaside theme of the wedding. Beth took an excellent brief from me and came up with some great ideas to help realise our dream. I will certainly use Miss Moles for future flowers and recommend them to my friends.

Barbara and her team provided the flowers for our wedding recently. They helped us come up with lots of ideas and the end result was perfection. My bouquet was exquisite and was finished beautifully with hessian and ribbon and pearl pins. In addition they provided us with all the table flowers, button holes, bridesmaid bouquets and corsages, all of which were beautiful. Just wow. Thank you so so much. Miss Mole's provided us with beautiful flowers for my wedding in July. This included my own bouquet, bridesmaid's bouquets, men's buttonholes (these were actually my favourite!) and beautiful venue decoration. The flowers were absolutely stunning, the team at miss mole's were very helpful and they were also on time on the day which helps! Attaching some photos below to show how lovely the flowers looked.

Barbara and the team at Miss Mole's did a fantastic job of our wedding flowers recently. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted (or what the flowers were called - I'm still calling them 'those red danglers'!) but in our initial meeting at the shop, Barbara whipped up a mock bouquet and centre piece that was even better than I imagined! Can't thank Miss Moles flower emporium enough for our gorgeous wedding flowers. The lovely ladies there created my bouquet, bridesmaid flowers and some flowers for our reception. All were delivered with incredible care and in perfect timings to my house, the church and the reception venue. The staff so clearly care about their customers and are passionate about their work and took my somewhat vague ideas and transformed them into a bouquet better than I could ever have hoped for. The flowers all lasted really well on the day and are still looking beautiful days later. I could not have been happier with the flowers on my wedding day! They were exactly how I pictured and were so incredibly beautiful. Barbara and the whole team were so lovely and really understood our vision for the day. And nailed it! Really recommend this florist! I have given 5 stars because I do not want to ruin your rating because you must be doing a good job and I know how important your rating is to you. I however was very dissappointed to find a bouquet full of cheap greenery and not enough flower content to put in a vase. Hopefully a one off but I will give you a swerve in future.

What can I say. The service we had from Barbara and her team was exceptional! They did the flowers for our wedding last August, and were amazing from start to finish. Neither of us have much of a clue about flowers, but as soon as we met with Barbara she put us at ease, and helped us to choose beautiful arrangements to complement our day. We’d been to a couple of other florists before, but the calm and relaxed approach Barbara has to everything puts her in a different league to everyone else! The flowers were beautiful, all delivered in plenty of time, and completely hassle free for us. Highly recommended!!

We asked Miss Mole and her team to provide the flowers, table decorations and button holes for our September wedding. Communication was great from start to finish. The flowers were beautiful and got lots of lovely comments from guests on the day. Miss Mole even set up the flowers at our venue - we were blown away by the amount of effort and detail that had gone into not just preparing but also dotting the flowers around the venue, just like we had imagined. 5 stars from a very happy, married couple.

The very talented Barbara, and her staff from Miss Mole’s Flower Emporium in Brighton, did the bouquets, buttonholes, floral crown, cake flowers, ceremony/reception flower arrangements, and all things flower-related on our wedding day. We’d been popping into Miss Mole’s for many years to buy her gorgeous natural arrangements of flowers, and knew from the beginning that it had to be her or no one doing the flowers! Barbara made the whole process really straightforward and she was super to work with, it helps that she is completely unflappable. The result on the day was a feast for eyes – I was blown away by how gorgeous everything looked. She's brilliant!

OMG - the place is amazing. If you like more interesting flowers and creations this is the place for you. I've ordered flowers from here four times since moving to Brighton last year. Every time they have been attentive to my own requirements and have created some amazing bunches of flowers. I always ask for more woody/wild creations and each time they have surpassed my expectations. Even delivering birthday and valentines flowers with only a few hours notice was done with good grace. Service and quality is great. Can' recommend them highly enough. Brilliant place. And not bog standard "inter flora" rubbish either.

Miss Mole's is a fabulous florist, the shop itself is a real treat to walk into. It smells gorgeous as they source fresh flowers with a scent, and the lovely staff are genuinely helpful and listen to what you'd like to create, then go ahead and get on with it.
Miss Mole makes up all imaginable floral gifts which are beautifully and funkily put together, in vintage style (think old-fashioned rough clay flowerpots brimming with bulbs in moss, jam jars with simple fresh bunches of flowers as though they've been lovingly picked from a hedgerow), which are very reasonably priced.
They can cater for all styles, from country garden to high end design; I've ordered bouquets for friends with different floral tastes from mine, and they always deliver on style. Importantly, the flowers are well kept, and will really last once you've got them home.
It's a world away from the supermarket pile-'em-high experience.

An exceptional florist! Barbara and her team did the flowers for our wedding and, without exaggeration, Barbara's creativity and flare made our day. She met with me on several occasions to ensure she was able to correctly replicate what I had envisaged in my head on the day of our wedding, which she did to perfection. However, what I wasn't expecting from the service was how generous Barbara was with her time and experience. I went from having a mood board with ideas for the overall 'look' and feel for the day, to knowing exactly what I wanted with more than a few additional ideas all thanks to Barbara. I cannot thank Barbara and her team enough for the beautiful funeral flowers I ordered four weeks ago. It was quite last minute, but we had a long chat about what I wanted and her talent, ability and experience was obvious. The flowers were incredible - better than I was expecting. Just what I wanted - and more; good value. But what impressed me most was the customer service. Barbara went above and beyond. For example, I was offered a photo of the flowers, and, when I panicked about my card message I was immediately sent a photo of the card and given the opportunity to amend it. Barbara herself engaged in an email conversation with me - quite late in the evening - to answer all my questions. I would certainly use Miss Mole's again and definitely recommend. (And I feel qualified to write this review having worked at Broadway Flowers in Twickenham in the 1990s)

Just fantastic and uber personal service, along with quite spectacular blooms. Barbara helped create an incredibly beautiful bouquet, able to translate my clear wishes - but bogged down by only a layman's knowledge of flower names and foliage details! - into something utterly beautiful that really did reflect what I had in my head. Miss Mole and her team provided us with bouquets for our wedding - we had very helpful consultations with her and her staff and they went out of their way to show us all their different flowers and even constructed a sample buttonhole to let us smell and see what it would be like.
The actual bouquets themselves were excellent - beautiful to behold and wonderfully scented.
My wife and I would absolutely recommend them.
