Definitely recommend this florist. I called at 10am saturday and flowers were delivered before 12. The lady who answered the phone and took my order was absolutely lovely.

Matt Gunn is a fantastic florist and a good man. He has provided beautiful flowers for me over the years, including the flowers for my late mothers funeral and my wedding flowers. Matt and his team are all so lovely and personable. Negative reviews that are not backed up with any explanation are unfair and should be taken as nothing more than hearsay. I will continue to support Matt and his great team, and hope many others will too.

Ignore the one star reviews which seem to be trending. Knowing the owner of this florist personally, I can wholeheartedly say he is one of the warmest people I have met. I base my review on genuine experience. Our wedding flowers by Gunns florist were by far the best I have come across. Thank you again to Matt and his team.

I went there because i heard they are very good.
I went there with a request for a wedding bouquet and when i showed the blonde lady from there she was rude.
She told me the bouquet is so ugly that she wouldn't make something that ugly.
And i tried to asked her oppinion about what should i change and she told me i should leave and find another florist...

Today I have experienced what a greedy, shark predator a Business ( surprisingly a small and so called local ) can be.
I very often buy a single rose and not so long a go, I paid for a red single rose , £ 2.50 and today I had to give my back and walked out when one of the lady said the astonishing price of £5.00. It's needless to say what I will do from now on; Never ever buy in that place again.???? Capitalism sucks ????
Hopefully, my review will encourage more and more people to say no to greedy business.☮☯

This is my go to florist. I've just ordered funeral flowers and whether the occasion is happy or sad, the service you receive from the team is always amazing. It's always appropriate and you always feel valued. Flowers are expensive but if you are going to spend that amount of money you want to know that the flowers are excellent quality and this is always the case at Gunns. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I can't recommend Gunns enough. By far and away the best florist I know. The flowers are always beautiful and impressive. When I buy flowers for people they always know they're from Gunns because they are so distinctive and my from my point of view, affordable. Matthew really cares about what he does and when he did our flowers for our wedding recently I can't stress enough how much of himself he put into making them right. And the result was breathtaking! My partner had some flowers delivered as a surprise. I.wasn't in and it was a scorching hot day so they just left them on the pathway to my building. Even though they were in water they would have been totally wilted but luckily I only popped out for half an hour. The flowers were all pink (bar one flower which was a darker colour ). The roses and tulips were exactly the same pink so no contrast and looked garish. Such a shame as always had nice flowers from there before and these look really disappointing. No plant food with them either. I did call up however and spoke to a very nice lady who said I could get them replaced if I came in Tuesday. I don't think I can get in there though due to work commitments which is a real shame :(

the manager at gunns needs to learn some customer service very rude they gave my daughters partner the wrong flowers for mothers day when she phoned they were rude and unhelpfull never using again
