My grandmother passed away this year and I was unable to get back home to be with family. A friend sent the most wonderful bouquet from Go Botanica, it was just stunning and had a selection of fragrant foliage. It comforting to be surrounded by the scent of eucalypts and the bouquet lasted 8 days, I stripped out the roses and it lasted another week.

Ali and her team are amazing - great knowledge and fabulous service - nothing is ever too much. The flowers are stunning and not what you would get anywhere else. The variety is great too. During lockdown I think Go Botanica provided a vital service - I could not visit my Mum in her home but I could take her a bunch of beautiful flowers evey week, so she had something lovely to look at reflecting the changing seasons. Huge thank you to Ali and the team.

Very rude and not very helpful. Cared more about making a bouquet up in her hand then actually providing customer service. Stated they were 'so' busy but I just so happened to be the ONLY person outside the shop. I can completely understand orders might have been high but a little service to customers standing face to face wouldn't go a miss. Won't be returning

I needed flowers in these strange times and imagined l was going to end up with a supermarket bunch, l dicovered go.botanica was taking on line orders, and then went along to collect, such a pleasant and hard working lady, as l discovered she was doing the work of at least 8 florists, due to not being able to open! So, a big thank you, my mum was over the moon!, would definitely recommend!

What a beautiful find on my arrival to Hove! I bought a lovely selection of seasonal flowers and my mum said they lasted for ages. Very impressed with the service and quality, will definitely be back to this gorgeous little florist.

I'm really not impressed with the flower I've ordered and sent to my parents for their anniversary. It was such a small bouquet with only 3 flowers and they were dead after 2 days. I paid £35 for them and didn't expect them to be like that from a big and known company. Definitely won't be using them again

We went to Go Botanica (Hove) for our wedding flowers. We created beautiful bouquets, button holes, table arrangements etc. I cant recommend Go Botanica enough- their communication was excellent and the flowers looked stunning.

I have been using go.botanica now for 15 years and have never been disappointed. The flowers are always in very good condition and are reasonably sourced where possible. The staff are always extremely helpful and enthusiastic about their work. My wife and I used go.botanica for our wedding and were absolutely blown away by the final outcome. We still have people commenting on the wedding flowers 2 years on and would recommend go.botanica for any floristry needs!

I recently phoned up and asked for any spare/damaged flowers to use for an art project. Upon collection I was presented with the most fantastic awray of flowers collected from all of there sites, as a student I greatly appreciate the efforts that were put into collecting these flowers and would like to congratulate them on there briliant customer service

Went there to some flowers for anniversary. All flowers looked like they had been in the fridge for too long. Low quality for the price. Don't waste your time if you want anything special. Handy if you are desperate though. Might be better off going to the supermarket same quality

My grandson bought what appeared to be a beautiful white bouquet on Mother's day. I am sure it was expensive due to the contents . It is only Tuesday today and the flowers are dying. The white roses are turning brown the hydrangea is wilting the daisy is dead l have trimmed the stems . Extremely disappointed.

Called up to see if they have any Dahlias available and they do... So drive into Hove to go and buy some. On arrival, there are 3 stems of tiny red ones or a bouquet of pink and white that looks pretty old, wilted with very browned edges. I enquire 'Have you had these in quite a while then? They are looking rather sad.'
The woman then responds 'These are a 'soft pettled' ones, they are supposed to look like that...'
Lady, I've been a florist for over 10 years and that's some pretty ridiculous BS if ever I heard it. ????♀️
