Made an order on Sunday at last minute, I was not excepting such an amazing service... they were so kind and helpful over the phone, it was delivered on time as a Swiss clock and the flower composition was beautiful, really pleased with service-delivery-price and final product. Also the card was written in a beautiful calligraphy. Can’t recommend highly enough this place, top service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kate and the team world tirelessly and professionally to deliver the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for our Grandmother who was ill on her birthday. The team are friendly and truly put their customers first to deliver amazing quality and service. It is one of the best experiences as a customer I have ever had, and I cannot recommend this company more highly. The Brighton Flower Company was extremely responsive and helpful when I wanted to send a plant or small bouquet to a friend for her birthday. I'm a floral designer in the states and wanted to send just a little something, but being a florist myself, I'm picky. I looked at various nearby shops and loved their selection. I emailed them first, to check what they had on hand, and they were so quick to reply and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to send flowers or plants!!! My friend absolutely loved her little pineapple plant!!!

I don't often write reviews, but Kate at The Brighton Flower Company went above and beyond for me and so here I am. I wanted to send flowers to my sister in law who was ill and so I asked for them to be sent to her home but meanwhile she was taken into hospital. But Kate had it all in hand and managed to catch the delivery driver and then sent the most lovely caring email and reassured me that she could refund or hold the payment until we knew my sister in law would be home. Fortunately, this happened quite quickly and the flowers were delivered same day even though I was after the cut off. Thank you Kate, you are amazing! And the flowers were beautiful.

These folks go above and beyond!!! We chose The Brighton Flower Company because the reviews were very good, and they are local to my Mum. However, we are currently living in the US, and so international orders can be fraught with issues. But not only did TBFC get flowers to my Mum on her birthday (when we ordered at the last minute the night before!), they took the initiative to substitute the flowers we chose with a beautiful Orchid when they didn't have our flower in stock.
Not only does this show initiative, but also that satisfying a customer's request to deliver on a certain day is more important to them than the cost (as the Orchid was definitely more expensive! Who does that??? The Brighton Flower Company does!!!
Then, when I explained that I really appreciated them delivering on my Mum's birthday, but that the flower we chose was special as it's one of my Mum's favorites, and we wanted her to be able to plant it in her garden later, Kate offered to find the flower we wanted, go back to my Mum's house, and swap them out!
And to top it off, they weren't totally happy with the flower they were able to source (almost totally out of season), so they filled the pot with other complimenting flowers, all of which could be planted outside later! These folks are amazing! Talk about customer service! Anyone can handle the easy orders, but it's the great companies that handle difficult issues with aplomb that really stand out!
All I can say is they have won a customer for life! They will now be our "Go To" florist of choice from here on out. And if you want a florist that you can totally trust to get the job done, on time, at a reasonable cost, no matter what... Then TBFC is the company for you! Even if you are an international customer. Thanks to amazing Kate and all the crew!

Rosie made the flowers for our wedding in June 2019 held at Angel House, Hove. From the first meeting with Rosie she listened to the colours and flowers we liked and made suggestions that would work together. Rosie was friendly and easy with communicating as we didn’t live locally.
We had two main mantlepieces in the house and these flowers looked stunning as well as the railings outside the house that were dressed with ivory and roses that looked so pretty. We highly recommend Brighton Flower Co and Rosie for wedding flowers !

My Wedding flowers were unbelievably perfect. We had such a clear idea of what we wanted, and I am so pleased we chose The Brighton Flower Company over any other florist, as they were a pleasure to deal with and got our vision completely perfect. Put the wrong name on the card for a birthday flower delivery so the recipient wasn't even sure if they were for her. When I emailed to inform them of the error didn't even get a response. Also it said we would receive info regarding the delivery confirmation etc- heard nothing. Wouldn't use again.

I live around the corner from this shop; a neighbour.
I’ve been there three times and received the same unfriendly, unattentive and dismissive service by the same blond young lady. Never been seen by the other people who work there.
On the third time, she was on the phone when I arrived; that’s fair. I needed help so I waited by the desk. Call finished and she carries on untangling whatever she was doing. I stood for a long time in front of her, waiting, looking at her.
When she asks: “Do you need anything?”,
I thought to say that I stopped by just because I enjoy watching her work; but just turned around and left.
Using the florist that’s further up the road. Much better service. Never coming back here again.

Absolutely amazing service. They organised for 16 of us to make head flower garland at a hen do. The flowers and garlands were great quality and they all looked fabulous. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the most generous was when I accidently booked them for the wrong day. They waited outside the house for two hours! Then, they extremely kindly agreed to come back the following day, they were so understanding and professional. Very highly recommend!

Wanted to send an impulsive arrangement of flowers for my lady and tried Brighton Flower Company. Just adked for colourful and cheerful selection and trusted it to them.
One of my better decisions. I was amazed at the bouquet that was delivered that same day. Stunning display of peonies, lisianthus and various other blooms. Just looked amazing. Real quality and great value.
