Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes queues as store is busy. Big selection of games for all consoles. Big selection of BluRay and dvd. Traded a PS4 for an Xbox 1 s they took 10mins to test it and swap was painless and very happy with the service. If you accept vouchers for a trade in which they give you more for your trade in than cash you cant get cash at all its only voucher for any difference in a purchase.

I brought a phone yesterday and I took it home try put my sim card in the slot and it wouldn't go in and I took it back to the shop this morning. they said the sim pins are broken and they saying that I did it myself and they wont take it back or give me my money back. All I did was try put my sim card in the slot .and the day before they sold me a phone that wouldn't changer because the changer slot was broken in the phone .I'm so not happy just waste my money on a phone that I mite not get fix !!!!! never shop here again !!!!

Picked up a phone recently and the staff member that helped me was very friendly and more than happy to help.
Not once did I feel like I needed to rush as I was looking at quite an expensive one. The only reason for the missing star was as I bought the phone I said about wanting to buy it in another store but they tried to see it to me with a very cheap charger and then offer me the charger that should've come with it for an additional cost! Then as he got the box etc, found out the official charger had gone and just like the other store replaced with a fake alternative.
He did spend a good 10mins looking for it and gave me it BUT this should never happen. He couldn't say sorry enough and I could tell he wasn't happy about it being missing.
Great customer service let down by the shop he was in. I'd give the staff member 5 stars but the store itself only 4.

I went in to get rid of an iPhone and iPod touch, really quick, great price. Whilst waiting for my items to be checked I went to see if any other shops would offer me more but terrible service from all of them except Cex, went back, got the money all done. Would 100% use again.

PS4, PS3, ps vita, psp, Nintendo ds, 3ds, gamecube, switch, Wii, Wii u, Xbox one, 360, PC, dvd, and blu-ray. Usually quite good prices but there is nearly always a huge queue.
