Don't rent from them. They will help landlord to rip you off. I have met few agencies. Parkers is surely the worst so far. Especially if one day they have a house came up in Redlands area. Landlord is a cheap mean old man and he and Parkers treat tenant disrespectfully. And rip you off when you move out.

as a tenant, avoid avoid using Parkings.
We rented a house for many years and it was old and run down. We chose for the location. Big mistake. The landlord told me he doesn't want Parkers to manage it as Parkers charges 15% management fee. But during the years he failed maintain the house. He is very old and been in hospital a lot. Most time can't reach him and he didn't want to spend a penny to repair things. So the windows (single glazed old wooden) got moulded. Mould on the ceilings and walls. I did everything to clean it but the mould left stains. Kitchen cupboards broken...the landlord was very rude when I reported issues. Siad he had trouble understand me.
Although Parkers didn't make fee from him, they are on his side. Someone called mark called me very aggressive said we trashed the house. Yet he didn't care the landlord never cared to look after the house. For 8 years things will get worn. Carpets were old at the beginning and they expected they are the same after those years? What a joke.
Before we were moving, parkers sent someone to take photos try to prove we didn't look after the house. We were packing why did I bother to tidy stuff?
After we moved out, Parkers found some
contractor, to do the cleaning, and rubbish removal. I would say the contractor ripped the landlord off. Firstly the invoice isn't detailed, only gave a figure. Secondly, it's way too much for professional cleaning and a bit rubbish removal.
I guess the reason Parkers on the landlord s side is that they can rip more money from the landlord. He is not capable of doing the works for the house,that gives the opportunity to them to rip him off. Very despicable agent.

Not only have Parkers provided an excellent service managing my rental flat for the past few years but when I came to sell the flat it seemed obvious that I should continue with Parkers to handle this as well and I have not been disappointed. Their initial marketing advice to obtain a quick sale was spot on and we had an offer within 2 weeks. Not only that but throughout the sale process they handled all enquiries from the buyer with prompt accurate responses enabling the sale to be completed ahead of the anticipated completion date. From the start to the finish, Damien and his team were efficient, conscientious and always got back to my wife and myself quickly. Their advice was always spot on and incredibly helpful and trustworthy.

I offered a cash buy to one of the property, Agent admitted that mine was the highest offer. But as per Parkers, Vendor decided to sell to someone who offered lower price because they are apparently buying for someone elderly, hard to believe. Not sure since when Prakers giving buyer circumstances to Vendors, as far as I know vendor only wants to know the offer price ,cash or mortgage, any chain. Agent didn't let me let me get property I liked and also this is loss revenue to HMRC as property sold for lower price for reasons beyond my imagination.

Relocation is a difficult process, especially so when you are moving in from abroad. At these times every little advice, kind word and support helps. Having a letting agency that really cares and goes out of their way to help you is a life saver. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and support they offered me. They made the move in process very easy, especially Rebecca, mostly because they are punctual, precise and their documentation is elaborate. Rest assured they will take care of everything for you.
My experience was very positive and I hope it continues to be so.
UPDATE: I cannot praise them enough, especially Sophie, for being so kind, prompt and helpful. I have reported 12 problems so far with the flat and every time they went out of their way to help me, I am utterly amazed. The problems were not their omission but the mess the previous tenants made that was not conspicuous on the first glance.

If you are looking to buy or sell a property, I highly recommend Parkers above everyone else. From start to finish Parkers have been amazing. Selling my mother's property was a very difficult decision and I can honestly say if it hadn't been for Ben and the team I don't know where I would be today. From day one, Ben was excellent, patient, reassuring, supportive, knowledgeable, understanding and, most importantly, not pushy! (unlike many of the numerous Estate Agents I had encountered during this very long journey). Furthermore, the valuation provided was spot on and the rates were incredibly competitive. Once an offer had been made, which was almost immediately, I dealt with Damien, who was equally amazing and all of the above applies to him too, keeping me informed every step of the way with further reassurances and great communication. In fact, everyone I have spoken to at the office has been great, highlighting the quality business that they are. If I ever need to buy, sell or rent a property again I won't consider calling anyone else. If you are looking at reviews to help make the right choice, I would say choose Parkers without doubt.

In trying to purchase a property I went to see a few estate agents. I have to say that Parkers shone above the rest. They went out of their way to accommodate you and did not pressure you into putting offers in. With the other estate agents I was shown properties that were already under offer, with the hope that I would put in a higher offer. Parkers did not do that, and when I put an offer in and it was accepted. They took the property off the search list. Throughout the purchase they kept me in the loop. Really friendly, professional and best of all they really care. You can see in how they treat you. Another thing that annoyed me with other estate agents, was their time keeping, 1pm does not mean 2:30pm. Again, parkers when they said they'd phone, they phoned at the allotted time, when they phoned even 5 minutes late they were very apologetic. I would definitely recommend using Parkers, they know how to sell houses and treat customers. if, and when I sell this property, Parkers will be my first choice. Thank you very much Parkers for making this transaction so easy, and for keeping me informed.

Recently purchased through these guys and they've been great! Damien and Amy worked diligently to make sure everything progressed as it should. The communication was constant and consistent which took a lot of stress out of the equation (just what is needed when you're trying to move!). I also found then knowledgeable and honest, so much so that I'm now looking to let a property through them.
