Parkers Earley branch have been excellent even during the difficult times of the pandemic. Harry, Paula and the team were very efficient throughout the entire process as they helped us sell our property as well as find a new one which was very well suited to our liking. Throughout this, there was excellent communication and we were updated very regularly with what was happening and managed to move into our new property all in under three months. I would like to thank the whole team for providing us with an excellent service and would recommend Parkers to anyone who is looking to buy / sell or both as they have been a tremendous help.

All in all dreadful. Ignored communication, moved fees and goal posts and caused undue Costs to be incurred. Also mystery shopper two properties for sale which they failed to respond to enquiries to. Don't waste your time, there are better agents out there.
Edit. A fee was agreed in writing and they failed to send a copy of the contract as promised, instead ignoring communication before advising that their fee which they had agreed, had increased 50%.

When they have staff replacement in about 6-12 months after the management work it out, you should be safe then.

Hard to imagine how an estate agent could serve the needs of buyers and sellers in a worse way. We enquired about a property new to the market two weeks ago, asking to view it, and then were fobbed off on numerous occasions, with no inkling that there was much other interest, until today when we were told it had been sold. So the sellers don't get the best offer, buyers miss out, and Parkers boost profits and move on. Do not use them.

Recently sold our property with Parkers - what a great experience!
After 50 viewings, our chain had fallen through with another local agent, who was incapable of finding suitable buyers. Parkers were far more focused, understanding exactly what sort of buyers the house would appeal to, setting up fewer but more targeted viewings, leading to a quicker and more reliable offer.
Harry, Callum and Ryan did a great job during the marketing and viewing period. Emma then ensured that information flowed up and down the chain, keeping our buyer on board during a lengthy conveyancing period.
Having also dealt with many other (often unscrupulous) agents as a buyers, we would not recommend any of them, but would definitely use Parkers again.
