We recently purchased our new house through Masons and I cannot fault the way in which the process was handled by them, in particular Jake who was extremely communicative and helpful throughout and also Tyra who was quick to step in and update us when Jake wasn't available. They really made the whole thing incredibly stress free for us and I cannot thank them enough for how seamlessly they handled the process - thank you Jake and everyone at Masons!

Exceptional service from all the team at Masons throughout our house sale process. They were extremely helpful helping to manage a number of difficult situations; from keeping the buyer patient during unexpected delays, through managing and providing 3rd party contractor recommendations to deal with some post-survey remediations, and some last minute issues post exchange.
They helped keep the entire process calm, were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble when you needed help. The whole team operate in a very professional manner; I wouldn't hesitate to choose to use their services again.

Jake sold our house and was superb throughout the whole process. I found him very trustworthy, personable, efficient and always went the extra mile, he was great at informing us on viewings and advising us in this current market. I was worried when we started our property search as I am an Agent myself and have never dealt with another agent on a personal level. I had nothing to worry about though, as Tim and Jake where such a pleasure to deal with. They always returned calls the same day on the rare occasions we were not able to get in touch with anyone first time. The assistance my sisters and I received from all the team at Mason's whilst selling our mother's house could not have been improved. All the pre-sale advice was extremely helpful and the valuation was 'spot-on'. Only four viewers, but the first were the eventual purchasers which made the whole experience relatively simple. All the staff at Mason's were approachable and always available to help and advise. They had to deal with all of us from time to time and managed to cope with the 'committee' with ease. Thank you.

I cannot recommend the amazing staff at Masons highly enough. I would not be sat in our forever home right now if we had not had them fighting in our corner to get us here.
Tim and his team really are worth every penny. Having had a viewing with Masons at the house we wanted we decided to sell with them because we wanted the same standards for the viewers of our house sale. We were very impressed by their professionalism, punctuality and the space they gave you to view. They were knowledgeable and reliable from start to finish and always at the end of the phone, never once not returning a phone call.
We were amazed that they managed to sell our house in 48 hours after putting it on their website with 3 offers one of which was the asking price. I feel this is down to the high standards of photography and hard work when promoting your house.
I have to personally mention Jake, who's tireless efforts to chase solicitors and communicate with everyone involved in the chain for us meant that our entire sale went through and had us moved in just shy of 4 months. We would still be chasing people now without question if not for his efforts. If like me, the entire process of moving becomes all a bit too much at times they really are amazing at helping you gain a bit of perspective and calm.
I hope I never have to move again but I will be recommending them to anyone who is in the future.
