When we decided to sell we didn't want to use one of the nationwide agencies and Mason's came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint.
Not only did our house sell in next to no time but more importantly owner Tim kept us up to date at every stage of the process which was priceless to me and my wife who had never sold a property before and he was more than willing to answer our questions.

Masons is the Agent you have to go to sell or buy a house. I recently purchased my residential property with Masons There was a mad rush with the lenders to beat the stampduty changes. Masons were in touch on a daily basis to chase on the progress. I would say the purchase would have not happened without Tim's proactive followup with all parties involved.

Our house was marketed well across their website, Rightmove and Zoopla. We were accurately advised of its value and went under offer in a matter of days.
Tim was excellent in ensuring the chain of purchases was kept up to date, he was very efficient in dealing with our buyers and solicitors and his communication was extremely prompt.
