I recently had a pleasure of dealing with Parkers.
There absolutely nothing I could point out as being wrong or even suspicious, to be very honest it was a truly great experience, I have dealt with Holly and Becca and both were fantastic.
Please keep in mind, Parkers will go out of their way to help you but don't expect them to do everything for you, me and my wife had our references done and completed within 24 hours but we also had all relevant parties lined up and waiting to be contacted to speed up the process, from the day we went to view the flat it took less than 5 days to collect the keys.
Great team at Parkers and massive thank you to Rebecca and Holly for all your help.

Right from the very start she could not have done any more to help us have a smooth ride whilst buying a property !
We would 100% recommend Emma and the service that she provides and now we've had such an easy ride of buying , we will certainly be back to use her services again some day. She made us feel totally at ease and gave us regular updates throughout the whole process which really took the pressure off of such a stressful process.
She was absolutely brilliant, more than we ever expected in fact. So a big thank you to you Emma from the bottom of our hearts- we are so very grateful!!!

I bought a house via Parkers 10 years ago and was impressed by their service then so returned to them when I sold it earlier this year. It was the right decision - everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and replied promptly. The sales progressor, Emma George, was invaluable. I think the sale might well have fallen through without her keeping her eye on the ball and following up with the solicitors etc. Definitely recommend - I've heard so many estate agents horror stories so would always pick them again in future. Great value too

They were all nice but when I went to put down my deposit they told me I had to have a guarantor or 6 months rent in advance as it was my first house of my own and rubbish cred score due to mistakes with telecoms in past I said I couldn't have a guarantor not possible not everyone is going to be able to afford 6 months upfront or have a guarantor so what your going to take all there deposits too and not give it back even though you mentioned nothing of costs for signing a contract

Last used an estate agent around 25 years ago and Parkers as I remember provided a good service then so thought we'd use them again. Back then the market was much better than it is today, agents now have the work at it to sell properties, as it's currently a buyers market.
We found Parkers to be proactive in finding protentional buyers and although the whole process for us was very slow Emma was on the buyers case where possible to move things along. We would recommend Parkers to any family or friends and would have no hesitation in using them again.

The service provided by Emma George from Parkers when purchasing our first home was first-class and we don't know what we would have done without her. She was pro-active when chasing items and communicated updates with regularity and a high level of professionalism. From the moment we approached them to request a valuation through to (finally!) exchanging contracts today everyone we've dealt with has been professional, friendly, approachable and willing to go far beyond the call of duty to progress things for us. We purchased a property through Parkers. We found them extremely helpful. They are friendly, honest and not pushy at all. When I had any queries, they deal with them straight away and I always have answers quite quickly. I prefer to communicate by email, they check their email regularly and response promptly. We've had Parkers as our estate agents for both a rented property and our first purchased home, and in both situations they are absolutely fantastic.
As property managers we knew that they were always easy to reach when we had an issue, and always willing to help in any way they could, quick to arrange things, and always friendly.
While we were buying our first home, they were helpful at every turn, acting as a point of contact we could use to keep momentum going on the sale and always pitching in on helpful tasks no matter how big or small.
Of every housing company I've had contact with in the Reading area, Parkers are by far the best.

I have finally completed on the sale of my flat after a number of potential purchasers pulled out before they got to exchange. Parkers always seemed to find the next purchaser fairly quickly. Emma George was amazing. She has had to chase up buyers, liaise with Solicitors and mortgage brokers on not one but three occasions. Buyers have been delaying and making excuses but Emma stood for no nonsense and was very clear and most importantly, proactive. She kept me informed all the way and did not shy away from difficult conversations. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would give Parkers 5 stars because of her attitude, workrate and overall professionalism. Thanks Emma

Parkers staff, especially Jessica Downes and Becca Snell, have been wonderful to work with, making this let arraignment—from search through completion—a very pleasant experience. Finding a flat from afar has its challenges. My company has transferred me for a one-year assignment to work on several U.K. based projects and to mentor other scientists/engineers within our project teams. Jessica, guiding me through search and selection, and Becca patiently clarifying terms and conditions prior to and during the contracting process, have been very professional and adept at what they do. This builds customer confidence and I quickly became confident in making a final decision on the property. I can now focus on my work with my new colleagues and enjoy this wonderful flat.

The photos of the advertisements are very exaggerated. They must be taken when the house was refurbished, also they are using special camera lenses to show the property larger than the reality. There are huge difference between the reality and photos. It is waste of time to arrange vieng and spending resources. I am sure noone buys house from the adv photos.

When our long-standing tenant moved out recently, we agreed with Parkers' review which suggested some refurbishment would be a good idea. Parkers arranged for their contractor to give us a quote.
He did an excellent job of painting and re-carpeting virtually the whole house. We are now waiting for new tenants. Parkers are keeping us informed of progress.
