服务非常差!不知道前台是怎么培训上岗的?态度差,还把很多客人晾在一边自顾自聊天。两个月前去开账户,告知我卡会在3周后寄到,但现在8周过去了仍没收到卡,去前台询问也只是推脱责任,也查不到进度,甚至说找不到我的个人信息? 搞笑的是,前台工作人员说这只是家“本地银行”,既然这样银行卡为什么要在国内做?你们存在的意义又是什么?
