服务非常差！不知道前台是怎么培训上岗的？态度差，还把很多客人晾在一边自顾自聊天。两个月前去开账户，告知我卡会在3周后寄到，但现在8周过去了仍没收到卡，去前台询问也只是推脱责任，也查不到进度，甚至说找不到我的个人信息？
搞笑的是，前台工作人员说这只是家“本地银行”，既然这样银行卡为什么要在国内做？你们存在的意义又是什么？
