this is one of the best banks in UK. i am very happy and satisfied with their services. you can not go wrong with BARCLAYS bank. I recommend them immensely.

They are always helpful towards international clients. Doing their job perfectly even in busy shifts.

THIS BANK DOES NOT HAVE PERSONAL BANKING COUNSELLOR. If you are going to book an appointment with them, please go to Strand branch. Booked an appointment with this bran last Sep to open my student bank account. Barclays is a really popular bank so it is impossible to book an appointment that perfect fits you during the late September. My appointment was on 2pm, I arrived at 1:50pm, one of the counsellors asked me to have a seat and wait, since my counsellor was helping other customer to apply a credit card. Then, I WAITED FOR FIFTY MINUTES. I asked another counsellor if he could help me to open the account since I did have a meeting. He then asked my counsellor if she could help me to do the business, and she said yes, and he said well I'm afraid you have to wait. I have to wait, after 50 minutes finally I met my counsellor. That's the lovely service that I would never like to have. But everything becomes really good since October when Strand branch opened. The counter service in Fleet St is really efficient, the staff here are really friendly, and most important thing is, you do not need to join in queue for counter services. Everything is so efficient. This branch has two or three ATMs inside, and two account manager machines, but they were not the latest technology, so you probably need to go to Strand for some advanced features on the machines if you need. Generally it's a good branch, but not for the new customers.

Their staff is not directing customers in honesty. They keep their personal goals rather then customer’s favor.
