Received an amazing service at the Oxford Street and Paddington locations. Needed to carry a fit for work medical exam urgently and was able to get blood and urine tests results within less than 24hours and book same day appointments. Was seen by Dr. Tatiana Soares and she is the best! Friendly receptionists as well. Would recommend for reasonable prices (for the private sector) and fast turn around time. Other clinics charged almost double for what I needed. Glad I went there.

I had a very frastrating experience with this clinic. On the 26th of August at 9.30 am I had an appointment at Oxford street department. I had quite sharp condition and needed imediate help. The appointment went quite well, Dr Payal presecribed me some medicine and sold it directly there, This helped. However, in 2 days the medicine was over and sharp condition returned. On the 28th I called several times the clinic and wrote several messages with a request to send me that presecrption so that I could buy the medicine. I explained that I was suffreing and needed it quite urgently. I received a reply that they are working on this, however, they are very busy. I was forced to go to pharmacy and buy the closest generic that helped but much less efficiently. FInally I received the reply from the clinic only on the 2 nd of September - in 5 days!!!! By that time I did not need this medicine any more. I feel franstrated and think that doctors ethic was completely viloted. They left a patient suffer and all they needed to do is just to re-send the presecription that was done already. Completely unacceptable!

Very easy to book an appointment however to get a prescription sent to my local pharmacy was another story. Spent half the day calling to check the admin team to fax it my pharmacy. Eventually spoke to someone who actually carried through and sent the prescription across. Pretty slow service considering I paid over £200 for GP consultation and blood tests. If I wanted slow service and constantly chasing then I should have gone to the NHS! Need to do better considering your paying for a prompt service.

Charged me a £15 admin fee each for 2 PCR appoinments I had to cancel but took over 20 days to receive the full refund. In contrast, another supplier (Corona Test Centre) didn't charge a cancellation fee and refunded me immediately. Sad to see such profiteering from the pandemic.

Had an appointment last week with Dr Soares, wonderful GP, very professional, bubbly, and cheerful. My in-clinic experience has been phenomenal. If I had to be critical, I would say the receptionist was slightly late in getting back but that's a minor issue. Will be using this service again ❤️

We came for our COVID 19 antibody test. The staff were very friendly and attended to us immediately, it was also very easy to book the appointment over the phone. However, we had to come into the lab after the home testing kit they sent us was impossible to perform. Do NOT order this home test kit! With three tiny lancets it is utterly impossible to fill the vial with enough blood (you would have to chop off a finger to achieve that...). It's unethical to manufacture a product that isn't possible to use properly, resulting in people having to travel to the clinic anyway (the staff also admitted that the home tests would not have worked for them).

I arrived to my appointment on time, 8am but the door was closed and no attendant. I called multiple times but they wouldn't answer the phone, when they finally answered and took me upstairs they said they cannot take my appointment anymore and need to reschedule because I was late. The worse attitude from the receptionist and disrespect of people's time in these difficult times.

My mother-in-law has had to complete a COVID-19 test prior to starting her new job abroad. She paid the London Doctors Clinic £180 pounds for a home kit, which she completed and sent back to them. Her flight to start work is on 6th August and on 3rd August they confirmed that they had lost the test kit. After numberous (10+) calls to both the clinic and their labratory - which she was bounced between - she has just been treated incredibly rudely by a member of the labratory staff who hung up on her. This is not the way any respectable business should treat a paying 66 year old customer. The London Doctors Clinic has still failed to address these issues (as of 4th August) and as such she is in danger of missing the arrival time for the start of her contract. I have heard of horror stories of profiteering during COVID-19 but it is still shocking to see it happening first hand. Dreadful.

Really pleased to have found this service. I was able to get an appointment at short notice and at a time convenient for myself. The Dr was polite and welcoming and actually listened to me, I am now on my journey to a full diagnosis and couldn't be happier. The Dr typed the referral letter and I walked out and was able to get a Consultant appointment within days. I would definitely use this service again.

I booked an emergency appointment for the same day (my regular GP is usually fully booked for two weeks at a time!) and when I arrived at my appointment the location was super easy to find and there was no waiting time. They are very efficient and the doctor really put me at ease by answering any questions and concerns I had. Now thanks to this appointment I feel peace of mind. It is a little pricey but I would recommend to those who can afford and are looking for a good experience with a GP.

Overall Fast and friendly service but not given the correct information. Was om vacation in London, walked in for a prescription for specialty medication that I left at home. Got the prescription however wasn't able to fill at any of the local pharmacies and they said they would have to order and charge me a significant amount of money .
after wasting two days trying to fill ,,,,did some research online and was directed a specialty clinic who happened to have the medication but required me to see a doctor and re-test in order to write and fill the prescription. They did not accept the LDC prescription.......They also mentioned that the medication are normally not dispensed through local pharmacies and by law are free of cost. They said that the doctors clinic should have directed me to them or similar instead of writing that prescription and charging me 65 pounds for it. The specialty clinic charged nothing to perform testing , the consultation and dispensation of the needed medication. Maybe the LDC is good in certain instances for certain cases but in my case was a bust and I wasted 65 pounds in the process!

AVOID LONDON DOCTORS CLINIC!!
I had a routine Lung function test and was informed that it entailed consultation with a doctor and their interpretation the results on the same day at a cost of £59.
Half an hour before the appointment, I was called to be informed the Lung machine was not working so had to travel to the other side of London to undertake the test. This was absolutely ridiculous short notice and poor attention to their equipment.
After the test was Lung function performed at the other clinic, the doctor did not know to interpret the results and informed me that the lab had to look at the results. The doctor also did not provide any medical advice.
After speaking to a nurse at my family clinic, she informed me that results of the Lung test is very easy and straight forward to interpret. I was informed that junior doctors or any competent medical professional are able to translate results. They were extremely surprised and I firmly believe London Doctors Clinic do not utilise medical proficient and competent professionals.
Waste of £59 as was not provided the any form of doctor's consultation and test results interpretation. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, POORLY ORGANISED and would not use London Doctors Clinic again. I would give them ZERO STARS but there is no option for this.

Came here on a Sunday as my GP was closed and I was getting desperate after a week of painful ear infection and my usual GP/pharmacy were not giving me anything! The doctor was so nice and sympathetic even though I was obviously very anxious about being turned away with no treatment again, gave me antibiotics and listened to me. I would definitely recommend.

Absolute waste of time and money, I am not sure if Mr Bodani has been thought patient physiology at medical school. He didn’t look at the medical reports I provided, didn’t take my blood pressure as I was complaining of high blood pressure he even said he would not prescribed the pills Losartan 50mg that local surgery had prescribed. I will never use them again

Excellent clinic, very thoughtful and helpful doctor. I got same day appointment after a hour, many convenient locations in central London, much affordable than other places. My dr calmed me down, listened to everything, checked all symptoms. She was also very knowledgeable in pharmacy medicines. I was travelling and caught a nasty respiratory infection, I was given good antibiotic right away. If anyone from North America etc and need a doc, just use them.

I was seen on time, provided good care and left with the medicine I needed all at a reasonable cost. As a resident outside the UK, seeking help from socialized medicine is useless. I suspect the same for those that live in the UK and can afford private care.

Very caring and competent doctor listened carefully and was clear and judicious in advising us how to treat the problem for which we consulted her. There was no waiting and we did not feel rushed. There was a problem with getting into the building on Saturday morning (Victoria Office), but that was not specifically the fault of LDC).

Easy to find. Easy to make online appointments. Very reasonable prices compared to most.
The consultancy fee is not mentioned - so the £155 is actually £210.
The men's toilets- for the urine sample - are downstairs through public areas.
Results are quick, staff are friendly.

I visited the London clinic oxford street with my partner after going through a tough few weeks. All I wanted was some medical advice on pregnancy confusions and I struggled to get into my NHS GP for advice/treatment. I’ll reiterate ‘all I wanted was some medical advice’ and also a blood test to tell me a definite answer. With this being a quick decision as me and my partner were going to London for a short break, we decided to bite the bullet and pay for my consultation and blood test. We thought it might be worth paying for 15 minutes of a doctors time instead of being rushed like you are with the NHS.
However, the doctor was completely and utterly useless that she left me and my partner wondering if she was even a doctor. She even made my partner and I feel judged for being there and being in the situation we were in. She sat there and listened to our very personal story and replied with ‘oh’. That’s all I got- this is medical advice?? Because as far as I’m aware I’ve never had/heard of such rubbish advice. I could have gotten more information from my friends who have fallen pregnant and had babies than this doctor. She then did my blood test telling me I’d had a false positive. Ok if that’s the case why did you do the blood test? I would have rather she gave me medical advice on what could have happened than me paying £59 for a blood test and £75 (WHICH I WAS COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF THIS CHARGE until she was holding the card reader in my face) so a total of £130 I got the answer ‘oh’ and a needle prodded in my arm which left a horrendous bruise. Another reason which left me wondering if she was a doctor.
Anyway a complete waste of time, which I would have rather waited for my GP to become available and spent the money on a nice meal for me and my partner. I will never visit this ‘doctors’ clinic again in my life even if I was desperate.

I had an excellent experience at the Oxford Street clinic, but from reading other reviews, it seems likely that the quality of GPs there is highly variable. The doctor who saw me, Dr. Tatiana Soares, seemed to be a very good one, and I would ask for her by name if I needed to go back.

London Doctors Clinic was probably oen of the early entrants to the private GP service however my last visit was a pure disappointment. This clinic may be good if you want a prescription for antibiotics but not really for consultation. My last visit was to the Soho branch on a Saturday morning. I saw a doctor and told him about 2 cysts I have - one I suspected a sebaceous cyst but another one was on my neck. But the doctor had a glance and asked me where it was, and without putting a glove and touch it said it was nothing. The cyst got bigger without pain after that Saturday so I went to see my NHS GP who now decided to send me to a US scan for thourough examination. Pity I really like the idea of being able to access to the GP service when you need to. But as with any service, it all depends on doctors. Not all doctors at the clinic is at high standard.
