Literally kicked out by the doctor at Old Street (are they real doctors???) without any discussion of the situation with the pretext that it should have been video appointment. The appointment was rebooked for a video one but doctor’s video equipment was not even working, so the appointment was cancelled! Then another video appointment was booked for the next day with a doctor on a different location just to tell us that we should have come in person because my son should have been examined as with the video appointment it was not enough to decide on the treatment.
Very unprofessional and awful service. Just waste of money. Avoid those charlatans!

UPDATE 29/03/21 - The company has looked into the problem below and agreed that the article was misleading. They'll talk to their Marketing Department. They have refunded the £65 so I've updated the review to reflect the experience as if this problem hadn't taken place. Therefore, I'm rating this as 4 stars.
WARNING THEY MISLEAD YOU AND CHARGE YOU MORE THAN THEY SAY. They will charge you more than you see on the website. I read a Daily Mail article that clearly stated that the cost of the blood test was £72.80. I thought this was expensive but fair enough, I clicked the link in the article and followed the booking process. There was no mention whatsoever of an additional £65 that you have to pay as a consultation fee. A consultation for what? I had no consultation, I followed the booking process and attended the location for my blood test. I have held back for days before posting this in the hope that the company would respond to my emails. Unfortunately, the after care is appalling! I've been asked to wait 20 working days for a response. I'll post another review on TrustPilot to warn people there too. The Doctor himself, Dr H Bodani was a nice man and the actual blood test itself was excellent. Unfortunately he missed a letter in my Surname on the tube for the lab so the company have said they take no responsibility for the results. So I've paid over £130 for something that might not be correct. If someone contacts me and rectifies this situation I'll be more than happy to update my review here, otherwise it stays.

I had a very frastrating experience with this clinic. On the 26th of August at 9.30 am I had an appointment at Oxford street department. I had quite sharp condition and needed imediate help. The appointment went quite well, Dr Payal presecribed me some medicine and sold it directly there, This helped. However, in 2 days the medicine was over and sharp condition returned. On the 28th I called several times the clinic and wrote several messages with a request to send me that presecrption so that I could buy the medicine. I explained that I was suffreing and needed it quite urgently. I received a reply that they are working on this, however, they are very busy. I was forced to go to pharmacy and buy the closest generic that helped but much less efficiently. FInally I received the reply from the clinic only on the 2 nd of September - in 5 days!!!! By that time I did not need this medicine any more. I feel franstrated and think that doctors ethic was completely viloted. They left a patient suffer and all they needed to do is just to re-send the presecription that was done already. Completely unacceptable!

Organised visit for routine male check following their e mail. Thoroughly professional in appointment organisation and professional very personable consultant who conducted the consultation with time and explanation throughout with a friendly manner. Results in 12 hours which provided great reassurance.
Would recommend due to ease throughout process. Money well spent. First class notably to provide such service in present difficult times where medical consultation is very difficult.

I had a very unpleasant experience with A&E recently, and felt very helpless but the Doctor I’ve met today was so helpful and had answers to my questions. Thank you !

Dreadful. Had 12pm booking. Arrived at 12:02, refused access to Dr told slot had been allocated to someone else. Bizarre process. Given these are 15min slots, where you are usually seen for about 5, this would have made literally zero difference to the booking. If there is no contingency if someone is literally 2mins late then this service is next to useless.

Was able to book a same day appointment. 15 minutes for £59. The doctor was very nice and explained things throughly. He treated my first problem perfectly and it’s now all healed. I did come in with two issues but I feel the second issue was not given enough attention and sadly I am still dealing with it so I may have to go back to the doctors.

Tip: When you arrive, go to the front desk and sign in on the tablet as Visitor and inform the receptionist that you have an appointment with London Doctors Clinic.
It is very convenient to book online for a 15 minute appointment which costed £59. The place is very close to Liverpool Station as well. I saw two different doctors and both were helpful and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend this clinic!

I called and made a booking for my elderly parents whom are 84 & 92 respectively.
The website suggests that this clinic is 2 minutes from Liverpool Street Station. It is also stipulated that if you have problems locating the clinic, you can call up to get directions. I got out of the station at 3.45pm with their appointments being 4.15 and 4.30. I contacted the clinic to ask for directions. After 8-10 minutes I still couldn't locate the building. I asked around 5 different people who were unable to help. I then called the clinic a second time and spoke to someone different who could not direct me there??? How on earth can you have people on switch who clearly have no clue to direct you there. After half an hour of this shambles I received a call from someone asking me where we were. When I tried to explain to her that I couldn't find the building she said that other people managed to find it. I found her to be extremely rude and condescending and she informed me that the appointments were cancelled as we were late. So my parents never got seen. This service was absolutely poor and I would never book another appointment with them ever again!!!!!

I decided to use this practice after not receiving satisfactory service from my NHS doctor. I had a consultation with Dr Curran who asked me a whole variety of questions regarding my symptoms that my NHS doctor did not and took my bloods for testing and gave me the results the very same day. I received an explanation, a treatment plan and have come away with a confidence that my symptoms will eventually stop. The doctor alleviated my previous worries, he is clearly very intelligent and it seemed to me he considered all factors when diagnosing me. I’m extremely happy with the service received.

Don't waste your money and time with these CHARLATANS.
1. The “doctor” (contractor) who saw me suggested that my symptoms were imaginary!??
2. “Same-day” test result were only sent me the following day (after chasing them multiple times).
3. After receiving negative results for both tests I took, I get another email saying I should re-take one, as the sample taken for it was not valid!?

Positives - same day booking, prescribed the antibiotics I needed
Negatives - experience very poor - Dr very unfriendly and also took payment which I found a bit weird and made it feel like a money grabbing operation. Waited for 10 minutes for my appointment and given the price I wouldn't generally expect this. However the worst part of the visit was being charged £15 for a medication that can be purchased for around £5. I did contact the clinic afterwards who ignored my email. All this despite saying the following on their website "any of the general medications can be dispensed by our private doctors at your consultation and the cost of this medication is tied to the real cost of medication which are generally less per item cost for NHS prescriptions." Poor

Shocking manners from start to finish. Rude receptionist. The “clinic” is in fact a tiny office in a business centre. Doctor was 20 minutes late. No apologies. Spent about 3 minutes with him and he did not seem to give a f* - just woke up to hand me the card machine. Shocking service - stick to the NHS, it’s worth the wait.

Was told on the phone while booking an appointment that we can have our 2 year old examined by a doctor. We got to the clinic 1 hour earlier (as advised on the phone).
We were booked at the branch at Liverpool Street. The problems started as soon as arrived: there were no signs anywhere and we had to ask our way through. We finally found the place but it was locked - even though it was after opening hours.
Finally, a woman opened the door and kept us there, immediately starting to question us why we were there, who told us that they can take us in, etc. I felt like a criminal.
She then said that she does not know who directed us here but they cannot take us and that we should go and find a pediatrician somewhere else. Needless to say, I am not going there ever again.

Booked an appointment for a child, a same day was offered which was great, when I called to check if an parent or guardian had to attend or could it be any adult, the call centre (Natasha nor any of her colleagues) could not inform me the correct answer as this was not part of their FAQ's, I was called by the clinic 5 minutes after the appointment was due to start. For future or anyone else booking for a child any adult can attend and does not have to be the parent

Needed an urgent blood test. Booked online got a near immediate personal confirmation. They were able to respond to a query I had quickly. The appointment itself was brilliant. The doctor tried to save me some cash by offering a variation on the test I needed which I was unaware of. Results came super quick way before the advertised time. Would definitely recommend and if I had the cash I'd come here for everything!

1st time I used service, good availability, went in with complaint of painful stomach since sat night..this was Tuesday am and the pain had progressed and moved to right hand side and groin region. The doctor tried to give me IBS tablets without an examination - I insisted it was not IBS then she decided to examine me her face was in shock to my scream of pain and then said I needed to go to A&E. It turned out i had appendicitis if i had not insisted the consultation would have been awful. The doctor was still trying to sell me stomach pills but I said I'd rather wait till I get to hospital. Woukd have given 1 star but got correct observations in the end. Will not be rushing back

Was very easy to get an appointment in short notice. Booked in for a Hayfever injection and was advised of the cost on the website prior to booking.
The doctor was very friendly and explained the process and my horrible allergy symptoms to so many things, seem to have almost completely gone.
I would definitely recommend anyone who suffers with bad Hayfever to give them a go.

I was a little sad by this, I have been struggling with my health since I travelled a few months ago. A friend had suggested this place, and I looked on their website where they said they can help with possible travel bugs I have brought with me.
I booked 30 minutes as I have been quite concerned and I thought I would have time to chat my concerns thoroughly.
The doctor seemed not to know much - I had explained my symptoms on booking but when I met the doctor he didn’t seem to even know that the clinic provided this sort of a service.
It was only after consulting with reception and some book of tests they can run he advised what we can do, but there was no consultation per se to mention.
I don’t think he took me seriously - otherwise a very healthy person am now in considerable amount of discomfort and he seemed to think it may all be in my head.
He was also 10 minutes late with my appointment starting at 1:30 and him coming in with his lunch around 1:35, only inviting me in after 1:40. It’s interesting if the clinic doesn’t allow enough time for their doctors to have a break!
I will await the results anyway, and one positive was that he only charged for 15 minutes, probably realising his shortcomings.

Unable to get an appointment in Switzerland at short notice I booked an appointment for a work medical with LDC and forwarded by email the document listing the certifications I required to which I received a prompt response "We can certainly help you with this, so please attend your appointment as normal".
A couple of hours before my appointment (while on the DLR from the airport) I receive an email advising I will need to fast for 12 hours before I come in and that in fact I will need to go to a number of different places for the tests. What should have been a one night stay in London had to be extended, a new flight purchased and a day wasted.
