Able to book an appointment within 45 minutes of accessing the website. Appointment was on time with a friendly doctor who gave an initial opinion which was in keeping with other advice received. Blood tests taken with results shared the same day. Follow up booked through very friendly and helpful admin person. Highly recommend this clinic.

Quick and easy.
I had an appointment at Kings Cross which unfortunately got cancelled due to staff shortages (not surprising at the moment), was informed straight away and they booked me in at Holborn for a same day appointment. Easy to get to, didn’t have to wait long, doctor was lovely.

Several email and text reminders were sent to ensure I didn’t forget the appointment. I didn’t have to wait. I selected an additional test to pre-empt the potential expense of a further visit. Whilst the service was excellent, email advice of the initial test overlooked my additional testing suggesting a further appointment. An email exchange cleared this up and the additional test results followed a few days later.
Overall I was generally impressed by the service and will select the Maple Leaf Clinic in future.

Booked an anti body test for Covid 19. Arrived in Chislehurst Clinic 0900hrs and everything was clearly signed for hygiene process and test was conducted very professionally. We had the results back the same evening. Very good service

Excellent professional service from my initial telephone call to the advice given by the doctor. She fully understood how important sorting out a treatment was to me. Explained in detail my options and I couldn’t be happier! The cost of the appointment was more than reasonable and the fact that they had a same day appointment means all I can say is that goodness for this Clinic. I can’t recommend it enough!

Easy access and fast booking. I got stuck on the tube and was 40 min late, the rebooking took a fast phone call and the lady was calm which calmed me! Got in faster than the rescheduled appointment (my lucky appoint-less day I guess). It was a satisfactory visit.

I attended the Chiselhurst clinic . Was seen promptly by GP who introduced herself , hygine meassures were excellent . Options & potential results were discussed in an easy to understand way . Good to have this service local to where I live - proberbly won't fully replace my own GP however very helpful when you need a quick appointement at a convienient time . Great experience.

They were on time and assessed by 3year old son. The prescription was put in my name and they have said it will be over a week before we can get a corrected one. The nursery refuse to administer any medicine not in the child's name and so my son can not get be properly treated for his chest infection.
I am therefore making a complaint.

Booking is very easy and the availability of appointments is great. I went to the see their GPs four times and three times it was really good with the doctor being able to give me the necessary medication right there (no need to visit the pharmacy). There was no delay to my appointment when I visited. However, on one occasion I was very disappointed with the doctor as it seemed like he was just treating me like a number and not as person. His diagnosis was also wrong as I went to see another doctor afterwards, which assessed the situation completely differently.

Easy and quick online booking system which makes everything so much easier, don't have to try to call through and appointments can be made outside of working hours. I saw Dr Bodani and was so pleased with his bedside manner and expertise. The visit was very affordable at only £59 and I was sent through the referral letter I needed within a couple of hours of the visit. Thank you Dr Bodani, I am now well on the way to resolving and getting to the bottom of health issues that have really bothered me for years now.

I had two appointments and I was seen late on both by up to 15min. On second appointment one of the blood tests was mis-labelled having to go in again to give more blood. And subsequently was seen late again! Very friendly doctors otherwise however I would recommend they improve their time management of bookings

Super convenient and well-priced. I was traveling and lost my prescriptions along the way. It was quite urgent and I was totally at a loss for what to do until I learned about the London Doctors Clinic. I scheduled an appointment online, went in, and it took about 10 minutes to get a prescription. It was much cheaper than it would've been if I had gone elsewhere for the prescription. Had a great experience with this and would definitely recommend.

I am Hassan from Iraq ,I had visited London Doctors Clinic for a health issues. Everything was just perfect and smooth, You can choose the date and time of appointment on line ,you get confirmation message and reminder email half an hour before the scheduled appointment,not only that also you can cancel or postpone the appointments up to your convenient. The reception staff was so nice. The doctor who saw me was full of humanity.

I had to visit a doctor in an emergency. It couldn't have been easier. Booked my appointment on line through the website got a time for 90 mins later got a text message and email to confirm. Doctor was very professional, helpful and super efficient it was worth every penny within 2 hours I was seen diagnosed had my prescription got and enjoyed the rest of my holiday can't thank the doctor in question enough.

I was visiting from the US and had been in London only a few hours when I needed to find an urgent care clinic. Being unfamiliar with the healthcare system in the UK, and with London itself, definitely caused some anxiety about how quickly I was going to find care! London Doctors made it easy to get an appointment near to my hotel within an hour with just a phone call. When I showed up, despite a snafu with the scheduling system not showing my appt, everyone was very friendly and helpful and there was no delay in seeing the doctor. The doctor also saved me time/anxiety by handing me the prescribed medication during my visit, instead of sending me to a pharmacy as another step.

After months of worry with inconclusive NHS blood tests I made an appointment with LDS and had conclusive results within four hour giving me peace of mind. The service was inexpensive , friendly and efficient. The GP I saw was very knowledgeable informative and clearly on top of her game. The results were emailed to me in around four hours with a helpful note from the doctor. I would happily pay the NHS for a one off service like this .

Shocking and disgusting service. I booked an appointment to see a gp about a skin condition and it’s been a week and I still haven’t received any of the consultation notes I asked for.
I’ve been like a yo-yo up and down trying to track my notes and I’ve been promised on a staggering 5 occasions they will call me back with an update and they never have.
How can I gp see me and not bother to make any notes and how can your booking symptom be so flawed that there is no recollection of an appointment yet you had no problem charging my card!

Mediocre service. Appointment was delayed by over 15 minutes, no explanation and no apology. Not ideal if you have to take time out of your work day. The appointment itself felt rushed and doctor did not adequately address my concerns.
