I had a very good medical check at London Doctors Clinic in Victoria.
Excellent services throughout the process. That includes the first and subsequent phone calls. The online booking service excellent too.
They had just moved surgery premises and still settling into the new one but that didnt effect the service.
I like to be directed where to go when in a strange new place especially for a medical and this was completely taken care of.
Excellent Doctor, great communication skills. Really important to know you are being listened to as well as being talked to.
Professional doctor service, really relaxed, polite and a very well executed service which makes an overall easy experience for me.
Excellent level of care.
Excellent follow up of results to me, all in keeping with the excellent level of communication.

We are incredulous with the lack of care, standards and empathy at the London Doctors “Clinic” located at the Spaces Building of Wilton Road, Victoria.
We have an infant baby who was severely unwell and in need of medical attention, and we booked a 15 minute 12:30pm appointment with London Doctors Clinic Wilton Road.
At 12:26 we received a call from the clinic asking us if we were on time (we have timelines on record) - we were already pulling up to the clinic, of course we were on time for our very sick baby girl. We confirmed to this lady we had a sick 11 month old baby arriving presently.
We had arrived at the rear of the clinic at 12:27, where google maps took us per the online address. There was a small notice to proceed to the front reception, with no written directions on the sign by the way, not ideal but we figured out where to go which was a 1 minute walk around the building and under an overhang.
The issue was, apparently one of the receptionists had to come down to collect us, hence the initial call. Given other bad reviews, the building admittance seems to be a frequent and common problem with this clinic (regardless of lockdown, given the reviews).
So by the time we had come around to the front, by 12:32 at the very latest, 2 minutes late for our appointment, the receptionist had simply returned upstairs.
I stayed with my sick baby outside, ringing the bell from 12:32, and eventually repeatedly calling the clinic from 12:35 onwards, with no-one picking up the calls.
After several calls, at 12:38 we eventually got through to a member of staff who I can only describe as the most toxic, passive aggressive and rude person.
This person was less interested in a sick baby waiting outside in the cold and more interested in smirkingly berating us for being (2 minutes) late and telling us that there was another patient there to be seen at 12:45 and that we were not to be seen. The attitude was simply unbelievable.
What this “lady” did not know was, the “12:45” patient was also standing outside next to us on the pavement next to us, having arrived 5 minutes after us, also not able to enter the building or get in touch with the clinic, shaking her head. That person was almost 10 minutes early for her appointment and we had plenty of time for our baby to see the doctor.
We emphatically advise the public to stay well away from the London Doctors Clinic, who’s staff would not admit a very sick baby waiting outside in the cold, who had arrived to the premises before the appointment and certainly plenty of time before the confirmed appointment slot had ended. If that is not enough, apparently it is simply difficult to even enter the building. The building entrance is not staffed, the phones don’t get picked up, and when they do you will wish they had not.

Excellent. I was seen punctually and my medical problem examined, explained and provided treatment for most efficiently. Very friendly, informative and reassuring doctor. I was told to ring any time except Christmas Day if the problem worsened or did not respond to treatment. I've used this service a few times when I couldn't get to my GP and although it's expensive it's worth it to have this level of quality medical help available almost immediately. Thoroughly recommended.

Great experience! Staff are friendly and very efficient. I booked an appointment and saw a doctor on the same day. The Dr I saw for ear syringing was very competent and helpful and he sorted out my problem in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to friends & family.

Great experience. I was visiting from out of country and was able to make a same day appointment. Required some medication which was prescribed onsite. No waiting and a very friendly doctor. Wish I had this option back home. Highly recommend if you’re travelling and need to see a doc on short notice.

If you need a fast appointment then this service is convenient but don’t count on the best care.

The woman at the front desk was lovely but the female doctor was truly the most judgmental least pleasant doctor I have ever encountered. Absolutely no bedside manner or professionalism about her. Very upset with my experience and would not recommend it to a friend.

The doctor has spent 2 min out of the allocated 15 and has not bothered to ask me a single question!!! I had a swelling of a lymph node. He looked at my throat and ear and told me to go and drink nurofen for 2 weeks. For 65£ I could get that type of advice on the internet for free. I understand that there is not more these doctors can do but my beautician takes care to ask more questions than these folks. And now I have an increased swelling which is extremely painful - how many more nurofen packs should I take? Or perhaps o should pay them another 65£ for 2 min ?

It was a terrible experience as staff were very rude and unwilling to understand my condition. I had to go to the emergency after that as they refused to see me because I was late for my appointment. I was late for my appointment due to the fact that it was the weekend and their building’s main door was locked, (instruction that was not previously given to me), thus I struggled to find my way around. Couldn’t call either since the phone number they gave me came as not in use. From the conversation between the doctor and the receptionist I understood that the doctor was free but refusing to see me because I was late.
They were more interested in teaching me a lesson (don’t be late next time) rather than helping me. I really needed to see a doctor that day!
I usually go to London Doctors Clinic In Canary Wharf, whose team has always been very helpful and respectful.

I have given up on my local GP. I find the whole experience of getting an appointment just too traumatic. With the London Doctors clinic you boom online. No entrapment questions from the receptionist in my local GP surgery- is it urgent is the question- what a stupid question!
Here you book online and are treated so well the price is a bargain

My husband was very ill with a flu like symptoms, so made an appointment online the night before that was super easy. Made it to the office in the morning, was welcomed in a small waiting room and then saw the doctor right away. She did some very simple background questions and medical/medication history, then did an exam and gave some advice. The cost I thought was super reasonable for our visit at £55. I would highly recommend.

I had to come to this doctor as my closest private doctor was booked until the following week. I arrived and without first being examined was told to go to Urgent Care/A&E because I had chest pains. He referred me to a hospital that doesn't accept private health care. Maybe there is some sort of kick back scheme in place for this doctor?
When I did go to the A&E through NHS they did simple tests on me that LDC was fully capable of doing yet fobbed off onto someone else. I got the distinct impression this was a churn and burn doctors practice whose sole objective was to get people through the door as soon as possible to earn their £20 fee for private medical patients.
The doctor said he would send me a referral letter to A&E which has still not arrived.
Overall, I could have received a better medical opinion from my dog than the piss poor examination and referral I received from this doctor. I shall not be returning, even if my life depended on it - literally.

Absolutely horrible....Dr Hooda thinks that kidney problem is the only condition that causes facial and tongue swelling and therefore completely missed clinical signs of my hypothyroidism, when I asked for follow up help, she never returned my call even though I called three more times. Avoid the clinic, it does not even have a lab in the building and will send you half way across town for bloodwork. Ridiculous for a private clinic. Use London Medical instead, professional and all services are under one roof
