Covid flight tests / certificates - London City Branch
This company has by far outshined any of the other companies I’ve dealt with during some recent necessary travels. Covid flight related certificates are offered by professional actual people (not webchat etc), the service does what it says and doesn’t make false promises, unlike some of the many newer companies out there who who are apparently cashing-in and are unable to deliver.

Excellent service from Same Day Doctor! I needed a COVID PCR test from a government approved practice / a ‘fit to fly’ certificate, and I received the results within c.30 hours.
The test itself was quick and easy, all of the staff were nice to deal with and very efficient. It was also a relief to find a practice that is open on Sundays.

My daughter (3) developed a worrying non stop cough Saturday night. We were very worried but could not get a walk in drive in or home test for COVID on the government website all morning. As we were worried her condition would deteriorate we paid for a test at Samedaydoctor by midday on a Sunday and had all clear results by 6.10am on Monday. Yes it is £250 but peace of mind, testing on a Sunday (self administer in car and return to their office in Central London) and such a quick turnaround - we are very happy. Thank you to the great staff and service.

I didn't get my NHS Covid results in time for the flight and went to the Same Day Doctor. Dr. Luke Oates made me feel very welcome, carried out the test in the most comfortable manner and answered all my questions. I am not fun of tests in general and I am really grateful that Dr. Oates made the procedure as comfortable as possible for me. Amazing staff, great timing, highly recommend!

We had PCR tests for Covid-19 early on Boxing Day morning. We were advised that the results were likely to arrive before the 48 hours mentioned. We got them in less than 30 hours.
The staff were helpful, attentive, took their time to discuss the options, and the test was easier than I had anticipated.
As a couple of people who got screwed over by another Covid-19 testing facility, I recommend this team wholeheartedly.

These folks saved us! Found out the country we were traveling to required a negative test result taken no more than 72 hours prior to departure, found Same Day Doctor online at 1:30pm on a Sunday and got an appointment at 3:15pm the same day. Lovely chap named Luke did our swap and followed up consistently via email, as he knew we were traveling within 48 hours of appointment, got test results back within 24 hours! Brilliant!

I have been using Sameday Dr for over ten years and have always been extremely happy with the entire service. Dr Gerlis was the first Dr I saw for a time, but since then, have seen other numerous Dr's and have always been very satisfied. I have constantly received prompt and expert attention and care - this goes for both the medical staff and the reception and administrative staff. I would recommend both the organisation and this location for Sameday Dr, 100%!

Highly recommend! Had a layover in London and needed COVID testing before I reached my final destination. Was able to get in same day and had results by the next morning!! Staff friendly and kind, their nurse Luke did an excellent job and follow up with getting my results before my departure even though he couldn’t guarantee it, it was accomplished. I done a pcr test for covid done with them and was promised results within 48 hours but to no avail.
The company charges a lot of money and fits you in easily for a test but lies on the turnaround. There should be no excuse as it serious matters and should charge according to the length of time they will provide results. I had my anxiety level shot up due to them keep delaying the turnaround.

If you need a COVID 'fit-to-fly' test and you're in a hurry, look no further than these guys. I had a shocking experience at City Doc which caused me to miss my flight. I wish I had just gone with Same Day the first time around.
To say I was panicking on Sunday morning would be an understatement. I needed to arrange a test for that day to stand any chance of making my rearranged flight. I called Same Day after many exasperated calls to other clinics with no luck getting an appointment. I spoke to a lady called Silvia who answered the phone immediately (after spending the whole morning on hold this was a welcome relief). Fortunately they had an appointment and saved my bacon.
The test itself was done by Luke who was very professional and even accommodated my request to have the specific time written on the certificate. I suppose it's difficult to say nice things about people who stick swabs into your brain, but Luke is the exception. I received my results 28 hours after submitting the swab, even though I was told it would probably be 48 hours.

Melisa was very helpful and quick in arranging my appointments to undertake PCR tests in short notice. I was also pleased with the family discount!
We were advised the SLA is 48 hours but results could come sooner. I regularly checked my emails frantically and to my surprise received results within the timeframe (by Luke) in the evening the next day! I can now travel on my scheduled flight!
This clinic is quick at answering the phone and responding to emails. Will defiantly use their services again; even though they are a bit pricey compared to other clinics. Nevertheless better to pay a bit more for a more professional service I say!

I had a phone appointment. Was advised it would be better than going to my NHS GP - that as I was paying, I'd receive better service. Was disappointed this wasn't the case. Phone appointment was very rushed, and there was a mistake made in regards to getting my prescription that I had to then sort out with them. I won't be using their services again because of this.

I cannot reccomend this place highly enough!
I was seen within a few hours of making an appointment. The doctor I spoke to was lovely but unfortunately I can't remember her name. I spoke to her about the fact I'd been having serious chest issues for months. I told her I thought it might be Tracheomalacia that I had, but that I'd only just managed to convince someone to book me a scan on the NHS which I was told would take forever, and that was after a nightmarish six months of being told that I couldn't possibly have it and that it was all in my head. The doctor here booked me in for the scan at the European Scanning Centre and a few days later I was diagnosed. Yep, was Tracheomalacia exactly as I thought.
After six months of hell with the NHS, and after being told that I couldn't possibly have Tracheomalacia and that it was all in my head, AND after an actual pulmonologist missed it and misdiagnosed me, this surgery together with the European Scanning Centre managed to diagnose me in less than a week! All the more impressive considering how rare and complex Tracheomalacia is, and I shouldn't imagine it's is the sort of thing one usually goes to a walk-in GP centre for.
Since then I've also spoken to Dr. Burton over the phone and she was also fantastic. Honestly, can't give this place enough praise.

I went to the Same Day Doctor for a preflight Covid 19 test, and was highly impressed at the level of service I recieved. Upon arrival at the clinic I was made to feel very welcome by the reception team. Luke the health Care assistant assigned to me made made me feel very much at ease. The test itself was carried out with as little discomfort to me as possible, and he answered all my questions sympathetically. My test results and certificate arrived within 24 hours!
I would highly recommend this clinic, as they are extremely friendly, knowledgable and highly efficient.

Very Rude staff when talking on the phone, the customer service is extremely poor with no respect and empathy. I can not believe that we still have such poor customer service in this day and age. The manager needs to conduct some customer service training for their staff. It's shocking and outrageous. I am appalled.

My husband had amazing care at this clinic. We were seen within minutes of arriving, on a Saturday during the Easter weekend. The doctor we saw, Dr. Gerlis, was kind, caring, thorough, and totally professional. He recommended blood tests for clarity after the initial diagnosis, and the results were sent to us the same day by email. A few days later, after my husband had been taking the prescribed medication, I emailed Dr. Gerlis to ask him a few questions and he answered this email immediately. We are totally grateful for this prompt attention and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

This place is fantastic. I was traveling and developed a sinus infection. They got me in and treated within about 20 minutes. I needed some follow up paperwork a month after I returned home and they had it sent within about 15 minutes. I highly recommend them if you need anything and you're in the area.

Called in for information (to book an appointment) but I had to change clinic due to extremely unfriendly receptionist. It's a shame as would neven know if the medical service is good.
The manager in his/her reply to my comment assumes I asked for patients' information. I suggest to investigate before replying and possibly listen to the conversation if have a record of it. My conversation with the receptionist lasted literally 30 seconds.

Generally had been good until today. Have an appointment booked on the 29th for vaccination today at 1400. Arirved on time yet they asked me to wait for more than 30 mins... With no explaintion... is it private or public clinic? Unbeliveable and unacceptable...
If it's my first time here with experience like this then I will give it 1 star review. Where were the good doctors and good management?

I wish I could rate less than a star this private clinic in Marylebone as they undiagnosed my bacterial pneumonia. Two visits, two different doctors, two complete fees paid with only a consequence. I got a severe sepsis which requested an 8 day hospitalisation and a long, long recovery time. They put my life at risk. Please stay aware.
