Last week I was seen by the dermatologist, Dr Pruneddu, and I highly recommend her. She instantly put me at ease and listened to all my concerns. Not only did she thoroughly answer all my questions, but she also advised me on the best skin routines and explained how the prescribed medicine will work. Thank you so much again for your professionalism!

Dottore London offers consultations with a wide range of specialists, I have repeatedly visited them in the last two years and they have always been able to offer help. The studio is spotless, the admin staff are extremely polite and knowledgeable. They offer face to face consultations and video consultations, either way I have always felt safe as a patient as strong protocols are obviously in place. This time I had an emergency video consultation with Doctor Avenoso, who has dealt with my medical issue promptly and in an extremely professional and reassuring way. Highly recommended.

Had a visit with a doctor for mental health issues, After the visit that cost 250£ pounds, I tried to contact the doctor via mail for guidance and suggestion, The response came after a couple of weeks and after me contacting the clinic as the doctor herself couldn't bother to answer to a patient in distress. The response came with a suggestion as a guidance and a diagnosis made after just one meeting. People mental health issues it's a serious problem, It's upsetting to see doctors who take it so light.

The medical examinations are conducted in a hurried manner, and often not all the necessary information is provided. Once you have decided a course of treatment during the visit, if you have any further questions or change your mind about the treatment you want to follow, there is no way you can tell the doctor (or get a further opinion) except by booking a new visit and paying another £250. This is because the front desk prevents you from getting in touch with the doctor (only by email but trust me is unlikely that you will get a response). We decide to go to a private doctor and spend a lot of money thinking that we can be followed more closely, when in the case of this clinic, we are completely abandoned to ourselves. I gave almost £600 to this clinic and ended up having to go to the NHS. There are many good doctors in London, both Italian and foreign.... Just avoid this clinic! RESPONSE: I have never said that I spent £600 for a consultation. I had different ones and unfortunately didn't receive the type of service that I was expecting. Also, I never complained about the length of the visit, what I am talking about is the lack of communication between doctor and patient once you have left the practice. Sometimes emails are not enough when you really need to contact your doctor urgently, especially considering that most of the time it's a week of waiting (or even never receiving a response). The studio is nice and clean. All the staff I interacted with, were very kind. Dr. Ferrara in particular made me feel comfortable immediately, she was very professional, and explained the situation to me in every detail. I definitely recommend it.

I had to remove a mole which looked suspicious and I went in the safe hands of Dr Fallico to remove it surgically. She is outstanding: not only did she make me feel at ease during the procedure, she did an amazing job - I can barely see the scar. She had great care for me and advised the next step to completely recover from this surgery and I feel great now. I am grateful to Dr Fallico e dr Pruneddu (the dermatologist) who originally checked this mole and suggested its removal. Dr Pruneddu was also present during the surgery and I felt I was in safe hands with them. They are amazing! I am super grateful to them and if anyone needs a mole removal or other surgical procedures I would highly recommend Dr Fallico - you will be in super safe, expert and caring hands :)

I cannot recommend Dottore London enough! The receptionists are polite, kind, precise. They do everything they can to accommodate your needs, whether it is in person, on the phone or via email. I have been following a 6-month treatment for my skin with Dr Pruneddu and the results have been fantastic, way over my expectations. The doctor was clear and informative on every aspect of the treatment, she addressed all my concerns and closely followed my "journey".

Yesterday I went to Dottore London for an appointment with Dr. Avenoso. Dr. Avenoso was really caring, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I will definitely come back.

Highly recommended. Very efficient and professional staff. I had two appointments so far, with a gynaecologist and a dermatologist. I booked both appointments via phone; the receptionist was friendly and able to assist with all my enquiries; the appointments were scheduled within days from my request and both doctors were very thorough and helpful.

It is very difficult to get in touch with your doctor if you need urgent assistance or advice. Appointments are very expensive, however, once you leave the clinic you feel that you are no longer their patient, unless you book another visit and pay the full cost again.

My wife and I usually have our health check in Italy but due to the covid-19 situation we had to find an alternative solution and...Dottore London was the perfect one! We had a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. It was easy to book our appointments and we received all the information we needed promptly from the booking team. Upon arrival the reception team was welcoming and the clinic is bright and clean. There was no waiting time. I had an urological consultation with Dr. Castiglione who I found professional and knowledgeable. My wife booked her yearly gynaecological check and she was very happy about it! She found Dr. Carta welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Carta explained everything in detail without rushing the appointment and answered all her questions. We highly recommend Dottore London and we will definitely be back! Grazie!

I have been to Dottore London several times during the last 5 years and I have used different services, never been let down. Currently I am being seen by one of their gynaecologists who is following my pregnancy and I absolutely would recommend it to anyone. Even though my experience with my midwife through the NHS is being very positive, I have found reassuring being able to have private scans and competent consultation by Dott.ssa Ferrara. I have never been rushed during the visits and I have always felt cared for, each consultation left me very satisfied. The clinic is new and super clean, staff professional and happy to help. Definitely, good value for money, I wish this kind of experience to everyone.

A bit “hit and miss”. I initially came across Dottore London as I need a gynaecologist. Reading the reviews I asked for Dr. Yazdanian as she seemed having good reviews. I was gobsmacked when I actually went there as she ridiculed my scepticism when I objected that I was not sure whether to take hormones (pill) because of the horror stories about the side effects I heard from my acquaintances experiences with the same pill she wanted to prescribe me without a blood test!!! She also prescribed me a thing which did not work for my problem. The other two times I went, I had the best experiences I have ever had in London in 8 yrs of living in the city thanks to *Dr. Cerovac.* She is great. Attentive without being overbearing , and most of all, super precise and professional. I felt my money were well spent. I had her for a ENT appointment (ear infection) and as a GP for a massive allergy reaction that almost sent me to A&E caused by a ruthless NHS GP wrong prescription. It really depends on the doctor so you should either go by word of mouth or Dottore London should step up its game and allowing reviews on doctors as well. Or, perhaps, just better vetting their doctors.

Awful I had an appointment with a dermatologist and I was very disappointed. The appointment was rushed and the doctor didn’t seem professional at all. I was expecting a more thorough assessment considering the amount of money I spent. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Can i give 10 stars?? because I would if only I could. Amazing gynaecologist Maria Isabella Sereni, she sorted my issue within 1 week ( 2 appointments, 1 cons and 1 followup). Caring, professional, she definitely put you at ease, while explaining thoroughly and answering my questions. Will come back soon for a check up! AMAZING!

Excellent service I went to Dottore London twice - once to visit a gynaecologist and once a dermatologist. I do not understand all the negative comments regarding the clinic. Yes, it is private so yes, it does cost money, but you do get what you pay for- fast and quality service. On both occasions, I received an excellent service and I was very pleased with the outcome. The doctors' offices are very clean, the doctors professional and they use the latest technology and sterilised equipment! Overall, I have been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received. Both doctors, took the time to explain clearly every single procedure that I was about to go through. They are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I want to thank Dr Citarella in particular for making my skin look soft and spotless. I've always had skin issues and had tried everything in the past. I must say I am very happy with the treatment he gave me. I cannot recommend them enough and I, personally, will continue to use their services. Thank you Dottore London!

Very good medical practice. I visited the practice a few weeks back for a dermatological consultation and want to say that I am very happy with this practice. The practice itself is a bit small, but very bright and beautiful. The most important thing is the professionals you find inside. I saw the dermatologist for hair loss. Before going to Dottore London, I went to so many doctors and could't manage to solve this problem. Only in one visit to Dr Citarella, he gave me a very good treatment and helped me solve my hair loss problem. Dr Citarella was not only very professional and knowledgeable but also very human and understanding with me. After leaving the cabinet I really felt better already. Thank you so much Dr Citarella for all your hep. I would strongly recommend this practice. It's the best one in London.

Long review ahead. I am not used to give negative review, although I think go into details is necessary in this case. I got a gynaecologist appointment with Dr. Di Taranto on November 2017, for a general visit, smear test and ecography, my goal being to find the correct contraceptive and do a routine visit. The studio is very basic, not your general private doctor studio, but was overall ok. I had an urgency and had to talk to the doctor after our appointment. I had been told by her assistant Ilaria that talking on the phone was not an option, to send an e-mail instead, and that she would have been very responsive with e-mails. I have also asked Ilaria to tell the doctor that it was really important for me to receive a reply asap. I have received a reply to my e-mail exactly 1 month after sending it (7th December - 7th January), which is extremely odd if you're thinking of building a good relationship with your doctor. I have never contacted a doctor before, so this was really something that I felt necessary. During the appointment, I've been prescribed a contraceptive pill that was discontinued (I've tried with 3 different big pharmacies, they all said the same), therefore I had to run to the studio again to get a new prescription. The pill caused 2 full weeks of continuous headache and, because of the lack of communication, I decided myself to stop it. This could have probably been avoided if the doctor thought of making me have a blood test instead of doing it without looking at my parameters! I have been to another gynaecologist today, and she confirmed that the prescribed pill was not right for me, and also that the smear test was taken only partially (taking one sample instead of two). I had to redo it again. I wasted so much money for nothing. Not recommended.

Ci siamo rivolti parecchie volte per differenti motivi a Dottore London e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. Staff gentilissimo e Dottori preparatissimi. Raccomando questa clinica, ancora di più per chi ha figli, la figura del Pediatra è praticamente inesistente in UK e noi ci siamo sempre rivolti al Dott. Molinari, che in due delle varie occasioni, ci ha salvati con una visita a domicilio. Grazie infinite per la preziosa assistenza che ci date qui in UK.

Pessima esperienza la mia. Mi è stata diagnosticata la vitiligine dal mio gp durante questo periodo pandemico, dunque attraverso colloqui prettamente online. Per ottenere un referral, avrei dovuto aspettare mesi perciò mi sono affidata per la mia primissima volta a Dottore London. Da premettere che ho iniziato a sviluppare primi segni di macchia anomala bianca alla guancia 4 anni fa, adesso il mio viso e ricoperto di piccole aree biancastre un po ovunque specie attorno al mento e naso. Alla reception ho indicato la mia personale preferenza nell' essere assistita dalla dottoressa Mena, perche stando alla sua biografia è specializzata nel problema. Visita della durata di 20 minuti, per 160 pound. Riconferma la presenza di vitiligine ma secondo la dottoressa il problema non è vasto perche comunque ad occhio nudo non si vede dunque fa decidere a me se intraprendere una terapia o no. In piu non nota segni di avanzamento nonostante l evoluzione descrittagli. Io sono dell'avviso che se un problema sussiste prescinde dall apparenza e comunque essendo la vitiligine una condizione della pelle che puo avanzare e progredire, affidarsi all'apparenza del problema per lasciare decidere un paziente se intraprendere o no un percorso terapeutico è un po azzardoso, poco lungimirante e non lascia margine alla prevenzione di un potenziale peggioramento. Nonostante la delusione, lascio lo studio con il cuore in pace: è stata un'esperienza, punto. La dottoressa cmq mi dice che mi invierà tramite email il referto, di presenza invece mi lascia la prescrizione con la terapia suggeritami dopo richiesta, invitandomi a recarmi in quel momento stesso alla prima farmacia utile. Ignara del fatto che con prescrizione privata paghi il triplo del prezzo, mi reco alla mia farmacia di fiducia e con sorpresa scopro che la terapia con la prescrizione pvt costerebbe intorno ai 100 pound, diversamente da quello che costerebbe con prescrizione nhs (20 pound). Dunque attendo senza fare storie che la dottoressa Mena invii il tutto al mio gp nonostante avesse potuto risparmiarsi il consiglio di andare il gg stesso.. Dopo un paio di giorni, chiamo Dottore London chiedendo se potesse sollecitare la dottoressa ad inviarmi referto e la prescrizione al mio gp conoscendo poi i tempi che il mio gp practice richiede in questo maledetto periodo di Covid. La receptionista mi chiede genuinamente scusa per l attesa e mi dice che il lunedi della settimana successiva avrei ricevuto tutto il paperwork richiesto. Sono ricostretta a chiamare Dottore London dopo 5 gg: il referto della dottoressa Mena avremmo potuto scriverlo io e Cip & Ciop con le stesse proprieta lessicali, tra l altro incompleto. 5 giorni per scrivere che è stato un piacere visitarmi e che ho la vitiligine soprattutto sopra il labbro superiore destro (letteralmente cosi). Ho parlato con la receptionista Francesca che devo dire è una grande professionista: ascolta, avanza ipotesi per provare a giustificarsi ma poi sa chiedere umilmente scusa. La manager invece l ho trovata davvero sgarbata: a quanto pare servono 5 giorni lavorativi per produrre il referto (non mi è stato spiegato sin dal principio, solitamente uno paga 160 pound da uno specialista privato che produce tutto seduta stante; magari i tempi qui sono diversi ma sempre un referto ridicolo ho ricevuto); non faceva finire di parlare perche I DETTAGLI NON LE INTERESSANO, PERO INCARICA me di scrivere una mail (come se lavorassi per loro) con tutti i punti mancanti nel referto tipo delle chiazze articolate sul braccio di cui Mena non fa menzione perche non è vitiligine ma è qualcos' altro che lei stessa non sa pronunciare!!! Secondo referto piu dettagliato mi è stato inviato dopo breve e dopo lamentela ovviamente. Ps: con il gp ho dovuto fare tutto io: inviargli la terapia, discuterla con loro.....sto ottenendo da parte loro la prescrizione solo oggi, dopo un mese dalla visita con la Mena. Anyway, sarebbe stato doveroso da parte della responsabile/manager offrirmi un secondo consulto con la Purceddu per es. l altra dermatologa. E anche delle scuse.

Comunicazione tempestiva ed eccellente, ho avuto modo di effettuare visita ginecologica e ortopedica in tempi diversi e sono rimasta soddisfatta da entrambe! Anche il mio ragazzo è in cura con una dietologa della clinica e anche lui è molto soddisfatto. Sempre gentili e disponibili ad ogni chiarimento ed eventuali cambi di programma. Consigliatissima!

Clinica italiana di bassissimo livello, poca professionalità. Sono stata visitata dalla dottoressa senza camice, con un abbigliamento alquanto molto casual. A parte questo ho notato poca attenzione verso il cliente in quanto ho dovuto chiedere io cosa avrei dovuto fare col test HPV, sembrava dovessi portarlo a casa. Inoltre ho dovuto ricordare alla reception di stampare i risultati e poi sollecitare per avere altri risultati dopo più di 10 giorni. La visita è stata svolta in maniera blanda e superficiale. Davvero delusa. £280.00 buttati al vento. Per essere una clinica italiana, ci si aspetta il massimo che si possa dare italian style, dato che vi fate pagare profumatamente. Sconsiglio vivamente. SERVIZIO ORRIBILE!!!!

Sono stata recentemente per una visita ginecologica molto urgente. Purtroppo mi è stata fatta in un primo momento una diagnosi, rivelatosi poi sbagliata dopo che avevo detto al dottore di essermi fatta da completa "ignorante" un autodiagnosi!!! Alla fine la mia diagnosi era quella giusta e ho pagato la bellezza di £150 e non aver risolto nulla....

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati seguiti più volte da Dottore London nello specifico dal pediatra Dottor Molinari e dalla Dottoressa Crudeli. Ci siamo sempre trovato molto bene. Sempre esaustivi e competenti.

Servizio pessimo. Ho prenotato il test degli anticorpi per il covid da effettuare autonomamente. Dopo 8 giorni dal pagamento, ancora nessuna spedizione effetuata, mi è stato detto di aspettare 10 giorni lavorativi. Due giorni a seguire mi viene detto che non effettuano più questo tipo di test e che avrebbero provveduto al rimborso o alla prenotazione di un nuovo test da effettuare in studio.

Ho visitato questo studio per una visita urologica in dicembre 2019.. il Dottore, gentilissimo e a prima vista professionale ha prescritto antibiotico di 2 settimane con promessa di “risentirsi” (per evitare di ripagare come visita specialistica) dopo le 2 settimane! Dopo le 2 settimane il problema non era ancora stato risolto così per evitare di pagare ancora quasi 200£ chiedo la mail dell’urologo! Provato a contattarlo quasi ogni settimana, provato a chiamare lo studio e per loro l’unica soluzione era quella di prenotare un’altra visita privata! Siamo a giugno, ancora non sono riuscito a contattare il dottore.. quindi deciso di cambiare clinica.. peccato, sembrava una bella realtà e molto utile a Londra!
