Had my hay fever shot here every year for the past 6 years and absolute life saver for me! I need the higher dose because of my size but am grateful for the relief which is almost instant, sometimes before I've left the clinic! Thank you Dr Mehul for this year's dose, brilliant service and can't thank you enough.

Unfortunately my girlfriend and I had to have three visits here within a few weeks for a series of travel jabs.
The doctors we eventually saw here were very nice, friendly and professional. The low rating is instead aimed at the general management of the clinic and ridiculous wait times for pre-booked appointments.
The first one went fine and we were seen around 15-20 minutes late. This was fine.
The second visit, a week or two later, was booked for 6pm. We arrived and the waiting room was packed. Someone got seen at 1820 and was pleased that they'd been seen - their appointment was booked for 1645. That gave everyone else waiting a taste of what to expect. We were finally seen at 1930, an hour and a half after our appointment was booked for. We were with the doctor for all of one minute as it was a pre-prepared injection.
Through all this time, the reception staff never told people that things were running late. Everyone in there was being called to see the same doctor, so everyone was at least 90 minutes late for their appointment. It would have been helpful if the reception staff let us know this, as they were obviously aware of the massive backlog.
By this stage we weren't looking forward to our third visit, and would have gone elsewhere if we hadn't paid for the full course on our first visit. We booked it for 0830, expecting there not to be such a delay getting seen in the early morning and leaving us plenty of time to get to work for 9am. When we arrived there was only one other person waiting too, so we thought we'd be out in no time.
We were seen just after 0900, over 30 minutes late and making us late for work. There seems to be a massive problem here with walk-ins and emergency appointments mixing with the pre-booked appointments. From what we could see on our visits, all of these were seeing the same doctor, who was obviously rushed off their feet.
I chose to go here as it was about £40 cheaper than getting the same injections at my NHS GP. I had seven other travel appointments at my GP and never waited more than 10 minutes, so know what I'll do in future.
I took a picture of the empty waiting room and the sign asking you to be patient, so you can get used to what they look like.

Really love the clinic. Have been to see them for facial aesthetics and private GP appointments. Great to have a one stop clinic where you can be seen immediately.
The prices are not expensive. The doctor and staff are very funny and make you feel at ease. Love this place.

Terrible experience here, avoid at all costs!!! Every time i go here I end up 'needing' some sort of treatment or swab to detect what I have and end up paying £200-£300. The prices are astronomical as it is. Even my friend went here the other day 'needing' a swab and was also charged hundreds of pounds. I only highly recommend this clinic to people who enjoy flushing hundreds of pounds down the toilet! I have never done a review before but felt it was absolutely necessary to protect people from this money making scam.

We have been using Regent Street Clinic in Nottingham for the past few years for our occupational health services and have found the clinic to be very well organised, responsive and professional. They are available in the evenings and at weekends and seem to always find a last minute appointment when other clinics are either closed or unavailable. There is a choice of different doctors and nurses to see at the Nottingham clinic and we have been particularly impressed with Dr Bobby, not only an excellent doctor but also a charming and friendly young man. There is no free parking on Regent Street so parking has to be metered and there is not always a space outside the clinic but it is quite easy to find a space on the neighbouring roads. In terms of cost, regent street fees are much better than other clinics in Nottingham who can charge extortionate fees for an appointment, we know this first hand as we used a different service once but we were not impressed. We recommend regent street clinic highly and without hesitation, they are happy to communicate with NHS gp practices and are obviously well respected as the local practice nurses recommend the clinic for various services too.

t's the vibe for me. High energy, good people, experienced and honest, this clinic is what we needed and they do almost everything including the anti-aging services. I had an IV drip and felt so good after, next will be the wellbeing DNA screen which is really amazing.

The appointment booking system was easy to navigate through. They knew I had been booked in, hence I did not need to flash the confirmation email upon arriving for my appointment. I was treated without delay. The medical instructions were crystal clear. The PCR test was painless and they managed to deliver its result in a fit-to-fly certificate within 36 hours. The option to fill in the patient registration form electronically on the spot/prior to the appoinment online would mean an added value to the modern patient experience.

Visited the Regent Street Clinic to have a blood test as I’ve been trying to get this done from the NHS for year. Was seen to on the day of the appointment and had my results delivered the following day. The Doctor discussed my results and explained what I should change in both my diet and lifestyle. Also if there is anything else I need help with, the doctor is happy to help at any time.

After being denied a duty of care by the NHS, I forked out £95 to this vile clinic only to have them deny me help. I demanded a refund which STILL hasn’t gone into my bank so I suspect I’ll be taking them to court.
Had all the proof he needed to help me and did nothing by send me away with no help.
Lawyer up a sue this company, as they’re dangerous.

Recommend for anyone looking for a quick appointment and referral to a specialist as in my case. The doctor was superb, very friendly and phoned the hospital there and then to arrange my appointment for the same afternoon, all this despite the current covid issues. The NHS GP want interested so very pleased to have found this great clinic - the call centre and booking set up was easy to use.

After my first review , I wasn’t happy at all , I felt conned and mislead , however I received a call today from saleem azam, practise manager, a very constructive conversation, he has taken on my concerns and is hopefully going to act on them , the main issue of addressing there website and informing people the prices are FROM £75 ( for an antihistamine injection) . Like many people I just looked at the price which said £75, mine was doubled to £150 because of the weight that you are ( I’m only 12 stone ) , I sincerely hope they make this a LOT clearer and then I don’t think there will as many bad reviews, They should also address the reviews with answers people can see.

Came in for a covid test last week and was seen well before my appointment time. I was pleased with the level of service and professionalism of all the staff and doctors. I’ve wasted so much time and money ordering online test kits which haven’t been delivered on time and as a result I had to reschedule some flights! If anybody needs to get a covid test done with results delivered on time then I’d recommend going here.

Attended the clinic today for the first time and was impressed with the speed at which I was seen and the kindness shown by the doctor and nurse. They knew I was an overseas visitor so they contacted the local NHS hospital and arranged for me to be seen immediately and without charging. The clinic was very clean, they were not busy and are clearly observing the covid guidelines so i would recommend regent street, thank you again guys

Overall an excellent and welcoming experience. Dr Ahmed and Dr Bhikha were very professional and friendly - taking the time to discuss the issues in detail to find the best solution for me. From finding Regent street clinic on google, booking an appointment, and being seen by a GP took under 1 hour. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a healthcare with an excellent service!

Poor aftercare / customer service.
Kenalog - Hayfever injection.
Last year I was recommended by friends to try this practice as they always get their injections here.
At 85kg I have the double dose as I am only just 5kg over the 80kg per dose.
Last year the injection was perfect, the difference was like night and day.
This year it has had very little effect.
I thought it was just me but when my friends all say they’ve all seen no difference and they’re all still suffering too I knew something wasn't quite right.
I’ve called back the practice to tell them of this issue. The response was pretty much a shrug shoulders “nothing we can do for you” attitude, “supplier is the same” “pollen count might be higher” “you can have another dose” (but you have to pay and it’s full price).
This kind of attitude and approach towards repeat customers falls far below private medical practice standards or indeed customer service in any industry that a patient/customer expects and deserves.
If there is a problem after a service/treatment there should be at least some willingness to liaise with a client/patient to reach an satisfactory outcome for both parties.
Regrettably as it stands it looks most likely that my friends and I will be going elsewhere next year.

Fantastic private GP practice. Found it difficult to get into my own GP. Easy to book an appointment. I was able to get a full assessment and advice/guidance for my cough etc which was really reassuring. Pricing is very fair too!

Do not get tear truth treatment at this clinic; they tell you it's done by a doctor but a nurse did mine, and they charged me the doctors rate. The nurse wasn't attentive stopped halfway through doing one eye because someone came into the room, without knocking, she stopped and got up to do something for them. They filled one trough more than the other. The nurse also didn't seem to know what I had gone for and tried to give me half the dose of treatment. I went back for a review and was advised on other treatments available at a cost. Still didn't see the doctor that I was originally told in an email does all of the Tear trough treatments and was advised it's because I'm slim and do a lot of exercise (despite not being advised this in the original consultation)I was waiting around for over 30 minutes to be seen, the reception staff are rude and miserable. Very disappointed.

I needed an urgent appointment to see a GP.
I arranged a meeting with this place on the 24th July.
Before attending I read through their pricing...a full thorough blood test costs £495.00
On the day I saw a 'nurse' who concluded I needed a full blood test. No mention of cost and my blood taken. A PROMISED TURN AROUND OF TWO WORKING DAYS was confirmed!
So I went to the front desk to pay.....low and behold ...."£995.00 please"
"Oh I'm sorry I'm not prepared to pay that"...(knowing full well its published priced at £495.00)!
The receptionist returned with amazingly a discounted figure of £495.90!?!?
I paid this amount expecting my results I desperately needed within two days
It is now over two weeks and I have heard nothing.
I have since managed to see my local gp now.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Been attending the clinics in Derby and Nottingham for the past 6 years and looove the clinic. The staff are the strength of this clinic, down to earth and friendly. Also it's so busy so they must be doing something right - but they are always able to see me on the day that I want, including after work as they're open till 7pm. All of our friends come here, would recommend to everyone! merry Xmas!

Not impressed with the appointment with the doctor. Quite
patronising, obnoxious and never had a feeling of being comfortable as you usually would with a doctor.
Never once asked for my medical history, symptoms and was out within 10 minutes. Perhaps just the way it is, but certainly felt different to my NHS GP and my other private GP up North.

Friendly and personable. Always a great energy/atmosphere between the staff and have got to know some of the staff on a personal level over the past 4 years. Regent street will always try their hardest to help, the medical team is just brill and they have pretty much replaced our family GP who we can never get in to see and who we have zero relationship with.

The Nottingham clinic is a lot busier than it was 5 years ago and this is a testament to the hard work the team have put in over the years, they are heavily subscribed for a reason. Brilliant service

Further to reading all the good recommendations here I decided to book a visit due to feeling unwell with drastic weight loss too as my own gp was not coming up with answers. I arranged an appointment which was attended on the 15th July 2020 where I was advised there seems to be a problem and was recommended to have extensive blood tests costing £995. This was a large amount of money and a hard decision to make due to having several weeks of work and the current situation of coronavirus and people losing jobs. However, I paid the amount and the blood tests were carried out there and then. Before leaving I was advised the results will normally be returned within 48 hours although allowing for the weekend. I was also advised I would be contacted as soon as these results were returned. We're now on the 2nd of August and having contacted them 3 times to actually speak with someone and a fourth time with no answer i am still awaiting these results. I feel this is a very poor service and would think long and hard returning, alittle quick at taking my money and after 3 actual discussions with the receptionist still no results ! And still having symptoms and the weight loss. Appalling service !

Fabulous service from Dr Bobby and his team this morning. Been coming to the clinic for the past 12 years and always lovely to catch up. The staff are super friendly and the clinic has become very busy but they will always accommodate and try and see people on the same day. Booked in for hayfever injection for the first time I've ever had one.
Easy to book online, lots of slots available.
Only 10 minutes late for appointment not too bad.
Filled in the form on arrival, wondered why I would need a chaperone (found out once in the room that injection is in bottom).
Dr Bobby Ahmed, lovely welcoming man.
Dr Ahmed explained that this injection is 100% effective (contrary to what I have read online) and I should now consider myself cured of hayfever.
Dr Ahmed explained to me that because of Covid-19 that hayfever is worse for every one right now and that they are giving every one double doses, 80 instead of 40, I didn't really know what he was talking about as I've never had the injection before.
Injection completed, quick, painless but a bit of blood - no drama.
Only when I went back down to pay I realised I had had my pants down in more than one way!
Double the dose equals double the price. Instead of £75 my bill was £150.
Now you will agree with me that in hindsight it seems obvious for an extra charge for a higher dosage but at no point was it explained the price would double. Not sure how they can justify double as it's the same appointment, same time, same needle so yes charge extra but not double.
Having never had the injections before I would have been happy to try my luck at the smaller dosage.
I think it was unfair to not have it made clear the price difference.
Ive just put this down to learning and I will not be returning. Have since found a lady that does a double dose for £30.
As for the effectiveness, I'm not cured, slightly better but suffering still.

Never had anything but a positive experience at the clinic. Sometimes the waiting times are quite long but I'm OK with that, normally someone has a charger and I'm happy to be able to be seen on the same day as phoning in. Most people in my social circle have been to regent street clinic and we're grateful for the honest and straightforward approach. Private healthcare can be expensive but the peace of mind is more important.

Years and years of fantastic service to our family and friends. We used to come when there was only one clinic in Nottingham but we've also visited the clinics in Derby and Leicester and had a similar experience in each. The staff are down to earth and very professional, always friendly, even though they're now really busy they will always make time to listen carefully and offer their best. Lab tests and hospital referrals are not cheap, however you can't put a price on your health and the clinic makes sure that results are made available to show to the local GP and that they are explained in simple terms which we can understand.
Its 100 stars from me and our family, Regent Street Clinic has stood the test of time and is a really great service in so many ways.
