I feel like my concerns about my health are never listened to. My doctor asked me if I'm eating properly, and before I could bring up an issue I'm experience she changed her mind and said 'I'm sure you're fine.' It's also very hard to get a repeat prescription via email now; they don't respond to your enquiries.

I've been with this surgery for a long time now, but I am starting to consider moving to another practice. My repeat prescription has been messed with on multiple occasions now. I've been taken off repeat on several occasions without being informed, which has caused me to need an emergency supply. They currently want me to "take a break" from my medication by stopping it abruptly instead of easing me off like they're supposed to. Stopping abruptly would likely result in a relapse of my mental health (they're antidepressants).

Probably should have read the reviews prior to attending this GP practice. I walked out of there with registration papers in hand and have since gotten home and thrown them straight in the bin. Unbelievably unwelcoming reception staff, there is no way I would feel comfortable attending this practice for medical care, when that is the way you are treated. Can't comment on the doctors.

If I could give minus I would. Arrived at the GP and both receptionists at the back eating chips and crackers. One came to the front asking how she could help with her mouth full of chips!! Wow what an impression. From then on it's just gone downhill. Worst service, terrible reception. Glad I didn't register there at the end.

Good doctors, can be quite busy with appointments, but otherwise safe hands to be in when you need medical attention.

I would seriously think again if you want to use this surgery. My recent experiences are that to get a 'pre' appointment it is a 4 weeks wait. You have to phone on the day that you want an appointment, wait in a queue of approx 10 and then drop everything to see the Dr on the same day. I have now found out that the Dr took the minimal test which does not give me the answer I need. I have had to perform my own research, talk to a private Dr and now go back and ask for another blood test, forcing the issue on what is already an exceptionally stressful time.

This happened about 2 years ago but I have only just got over the knock to my confidence. I went in enquiring about a breast reduction that I had wanted for a long time but hadnt been brave enough to query about. I was told to take my top off and that it was unlikely I would be eligible. I then got told 'they are likely to get worse with time'. This to me seemed a completely unnecessary thing to say when I had just been told there was nothing they could do. I am writing this comment to highlight to that doctor to really think of what you are saying and how it may affect someone.

You ask for an appointment, they say a months time? Don't even bother asking what the problem is? Ring at 8 am to be seen quickly, think its time to move doctors.

I wouldn't recommend this go surgery to anyone for the following reasons. 1) I went to see the GP for pain in my elbow. She said they will Make a referral to physio. Waited for a month no letter. Called them again and the receptionist said she forgot to make a referal. 2) I took my daughter who is 22 months to them as she has cough cold fever for more than a week. Even before the doctor could examine her the doctor said unless and untill there is some focus of infection she wouldn't prescribe antibiotics!!! I dnt go to see doctor to get antibiotics!! I go to get my kids checked up. I and my wife are doctors ourself. We dont judge our patients. 3) I called up to get an appointment at 8:40 am as my daughter has had fever and cough for more than 3days and was complaining of earache most of the night. They refused to see my daughter as they had no appointments!!! Hope they improve. Planning to switch to other gp practice.

A really great doctor's surgery. Houses many different surgeries. A touch screen system to use in order to check in. Very informative screens. Also the staff are top notch.

Good service, very apologetic after my appointment was a little later than expected. More friendly and welcoming at windmill practice with less of a barrier at reception, unfortunately im outside the caption area now, otherwise would have preferred it there.

From booking appointments to the way you're treated both by the receptionist and the GP ..not the most welcoming

Only been with this surgery a month or so, and so far they have let me down at every turn. I've so far waited around a month just to get confirmation of an appointment endoscopy, and when i called to chase they made me call the clinic myself rather than chasing it for me. Also they messed my repeat prescription up. Boots requested my prescription on the Tues and by the following Monday I had to call to chase the prescription as the surgery still hadn't sent it through to Boots. Then they had the nerve to lie to me and blame Boots. Strange how I never had an issue until I moved from Nems platform one to West Bridgford Medical centre.

It can be touch and go. I've been fortunate and had a good female doctor recently who understood my needs and did what needed to be done. No messing around. But I do agree with other viewers about the reception staff. One in particular I find quite patronising and rude. She appears constantly grumpy and put out that someone has asked her for something despite it being her job.

I never knew the level of unprofessionalism until I unfortunately ended up with a vaginal infection. I needed up seeking professional help and all of the receptionists, nurses and doctors acted so inappropriately I have never seen anything like it. I’m a young girl and my sexual health is a super delicate matter to me, and the fact that I gathered the courage to talk about it was astounding to me because usually I would just ignore something “embarrassing” regarding my health. The first receptionist looked so embarrassed when I told them they could barely look me in the eye, it was like I did something wrong it was almost like they were scared or something. When I waited in the room for the doctor to come in could hear them and the other nurse talking about me and having sex at a young age ( I’m university age so it shouldn’t be ground breaking news that I’ve had sex before). When I left the room after the examination, the doctor had to warn another nurse that I was walking up because they were talking about me. Gossiping from a group of medical professionals… Really? I thought I got enough of that in middle school! I’m defiantly switching to a doctor from a nearby town. No one should ever have to put up with what I experienced.

I recently transfered here, im now tempted to go back to my original and commit to the travel as i've had nothing but false information, shirty and unhelpful attitude from the reception staff. I DREAD having to request for a perscription as i get nothing but a patronising tone to almost to feel bad for going there in the first place! And these are the people we go to about our health!

It's very difficult to get a same day appointment that suits your schedule at this surgery. I've been trying for days without succeeding. However, the main problem here is the new receptionist they have. She's the rudest, most patronising and unfriendly receptionist I've ever seen in my life. Surely someone without any manner like her should not be facing customers or even answering the phone.Thank God Dawn (the other lovely receptionist) is still there otherwise I would be leaving the surgery. The waiting times for nurse Margaret Pritchard are appalling too. I've had to walk out after 25 minutes waiting several times. Surely something is being not managed properly with her patients. Doctor Dean Jackson and Sunita Rana are the only reason I give this place 2 stars because they are fantastic, the only 2 reliable doctors in the practise in my opinion.

Have to call at 8am on the dot for an appointment, answered at 08:10 and all appointments gone "try again tomorrow". Booking in advance is 4 weeks away. Absolute joke
