Needed a blood test on a quick turnaround. All initially went well and I was booked in for the next day. A long wait in the waiting room for the appointment wasn't ideal but the consultation went okay and the sample taken efficiently. I was Duly informed that the result should be back by the end of the week but any issues I could get in touch with the doctor directly. On my way out I was informed by the desk that the doctor had expedited the sample and the result should be ready in 24 hours, and because of which my bill was £100 more than quoted on the phone the previous day.
After almost 48 hours I contacted the doctor directly. The doctor was very rude, I was informed the result could be as late as Monday and not to listen to anything that might have been said by the people on the front desk. As it happens the result was ready there and then. Perhaps it had been in his inbox and not spotted it?
Whilst I am happy to have the result in such a short space of time, the attitude of the doctor was completely unnecessary. Also the costs were not clearly explained.
I won't be using them again.

Friendly, efficient and professional service over the years. The parking situation at the Nottingham clinic has improved and thy now have more doctors and nurses so the wait time is lower so overall an impressive service

Third time I've been here and second time waiting over 45mins. While staff are mostly friendly, I don't want to spend my Saturday morning waiting for an injection. There's even a notice up to say they will let you know when there is a long wait time. But they don't. I have other things that I need to do.

Very impressed with the clinic this morning - booked a last minute trip to India with my partner and neither of us were up to date with our vaccines. The NHS nurse recommended rabies and hepatitis B courses but they were unable to help and referred us to Traveldoc. We got an appointment and the required vaccinations within 2 hours of calling and the doctor provided us with free sterile medical kits, medication for upset tummies and some great advice on local outbreaks in India over the past few months. We both left the clinic feeling much more confident about our trip. Will definitely be returning.

Not always the fastest or most prompt with appointment times. Having said that, they fitted my wife in with my appointment for Kenalog at the last minute. It’s overall a good service but allow yourself adequate time.

I first visited the clinic January 2013 for aesthetic treatment, through recommendation.
I received a warm welcome before being seen through with little waiting time to Saleem the friendly practice manager for consultation.
Saleem is very knowledgeable and gave me an in depth insight to the procedure before hand.
Dr Bobby always greats you with a smile and instantly puts you at ease. He is a fantastic doctor who really cares about his patients, I've always felt comfortable knowing I am in safe hands.
I would highly recommend visiting Regent Street Clinic.

My close circle of friends have been coming to Regent Street Clinic for the past 12 years and absolutely rave about the quality of the service and the honest, warm nature of the staff who go out of their way to make people feel welcome and valued. The aesthetics staff are never pushy, in fact we have found them to be quite the opposite, refusing treatments if they have felt concerned that it may not be in our interest. If we have needed to go in for a top up, the team of doctors and nurses have been very pleasant and eager to ensure that we are happy with the results.
The clinic in Nottingham In particular is always so busy, but they will still squeeze appointments in to offer a fabulous same day service.
Unfortunately some people will complain about anything, but from 12 years of experience, I fully recommend Regent Street and all of the staff there, we have tried other clinics when they have had offers on, but we always end up here.

Been attending the clinic for the past 5 years and would recommend Dr Bobby and his team wholeheartedly. The service is fab and I can get seen on the same day. The results are superb and the reception staff are so friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The prices are great and they only recommend treatment that is in my best interest and have refused lots of treatments that I've asked for because they said I didn't need it, so there's a great honest clinic for you.

Can't recommend Regent Street Clinic highly enough. Good value for money, friendly staff and always get in when I need. I have been attending for my Offshore Medicals since 2010 and have attended the Nottingham, Derby and Leeds clinics. FUTURISTIC SHOW
Very kind clinic who went the extra mile to care for my daughter when she was suffering from a serious infectious disease. The Doctor was sympathetic, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They didn’t charge us for their services and our daughter was eventually transferred to an infectious disease unit on the NHS and has made a full recovery. We will recommend Regent Street Clinic without hesitation and have invited the team to our home over Xmas to say thank you. Absolutely fabulous.

The staff were helpful and friendly, as well as Dr Bobby who was also amazing! I booked in for the hayfever injection as my symptoms were really severe and the NHS had just recommended I take several antihistamines a day. I booked online and the process was really simple I booked on the day and they had several afternoon appointments left.
When I arrived I was given some forms to fill in and sat down in the waiting room reading the literature if you're over a certain weight you need 2 does of the injection so it jumps from £75 to £150 but my hayfever was bad so if it clears it up ill pay it. Once I saw the nurse it was very quick maybe 5 mins and I was done the one downside was I had to wait an hour over my appointment time. I did feel that for the amount of money you pay your appointment should be on time but the injection has worked and cleared up 80% of my symptoms so I can't complain.

Went to the Nottingham clinic this morning ahead of a trip to Bali and vietnam (volunteering) next week. I had no idea that rabies was a problem in Bali and my nurse said that all i needed was Hepatitis A but that clearly wasn't the case because I went over it all with the consultant and rabies has been a big problem in Bali for years now and the medicine you need afterwards is hard to get hold of and the disease can kill you. Clearly this is a great service because I would never have known. I told the consultant that i really couldn't afford the vaccines and amazingly the doctor did a quick course for me to get me covered FOR FREE because i was volunteering. This clinic is the best, the staff are really clued up and some people can't afford the shots but the advice is still superb. Anyway i'll be going better protected and that's the most important thing. Can't thank the clinic enough.
