Booked travel vaccination appointment for 8.15am, was still waiting to be seen at 8.45. 5 minutes with doctor who tried to persuade me very intensively that I needed very expensive rabies jabs even though rabies is very rare in the part of SA I'm going to, then out again, payment, another wait, then got the jabs I went in for. Came out about an hour after I went in.
When I got to work finally, realised I'd been overcharged. Should have been £88 according to their website, but got charged £103. Wrote email, no response two weeks later.

Highly recommended, they were brilliant with my daughter and were obviously very experienced and child friendly, they even helped me with the pushchair and has baby changing facilities with a bottle warmer, absolutely fab!

I've been coming to see Dr.Bobby for almost seven years and travel from North Manchester!! I trust him completely, he is a real professional and advises you what's best for you what works and never suggests anything other than what you need. Service is excellent, highly recommend him and the team.

Be prepared to wait as it’s a busy place, but has a nice comfortable waiting area so you can relax.

Went to the clinic as my skin was over exfoliated, irratated and prone to swelling. After telling both doctors about my inflammed skin, they both said the profhilo would be a great treatment. The treatment took 30 seconds it was rushed and it hurt. Looking online it should of taken 20 minutes. By thr nightime my face was swollen twice the size and burning. End result my skin is ten times worse and still suffering weeks later. After booking an appointment to complain the doctor told me my skin looked better (what a load of nonsense) refused to acknowledge it was swollen, burning and that my texture was worse. He was rude, didnt give me any aftercare or help me and refused a refund after ruining my face. Currently looking for legal advice. Worst place i have been.

Best experience I could of hoped for and better!.
I had been wanting to enhance my lips for over a year, and with my friends going in to get them done & coming back looking fabulous, I was so jealous but scared of the idea of having them injected.
I was so nervous, but with a little reassurance from friends and by Bobby I went through with it.
I was greeted by the friendliest girls on reception and they eased my mind about the whole process.
When I was taken through and sat in the chair, my nerves were calmed by Bobby and he reassured me that I wouldn't feel any pain.
I had numbing cream on my lips to help me with the injections, and I can honestly say I didn't feel any pain at all!.
They were instantly plump, and for the first time in my life I had the juicy lips Id been wishing for! I couldn't be any happier, I was silly for letting my nerves get the better of me else I could of had them a long time ago, there was nothing to worry about!.
My lips look so natural, they don't look 'fake' at all, they don't look too 'big' for my features and they just feel natural too.
There has been no problems what so ever and I couldn't be more thankful to Bobby and the girls at reception, you've all made me a happy girl!.

Beautiful chilled environment and lovely staff. Great service from Dr Bobby. The best lip filler I've ever had! He really spends the time to make sure the results are perfect for my face shape. Also far more gentle than previous people I've had to do my lips, which really minimised the healing time for bruising.

Attended the travel clinic and was pleasantly surprised that the prices were cheaper than the local GP and they knew exactly what i needed and had the vaccines in stock so the whole experience was smooth ans efficient. Dr Bobbywas fabulous, very relaxed and knowledgeable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for last minute vaccinations. Keep up the great work!

I called the clinic in Nottingham today and managed to get a same day private appointment. From my arrival the staff were all friendly and greeted me in a professional manner. I was waiting for a while but it was definitely worth the service given, the prices are competitive and from booking the appointment over the phone through to when I left the clinic after seeing Dr Bobby it was an excellent service given. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Very reasonable/affordable costs at only £50 to see a private GP, got a same day appointment and the whole team at the Nottingham branch was friendly, professional and caring. Parking was easy across the road at the ncp car park and the facilities at the clinic are great, in a beautiful Georgian building. Very impressive all round!

Went to Regent street clinic last month, all staff are lovely and approachable. Been looking for a private doctor for a while now as normal GP's are useless. Dr Bobby is the best I've ever come across, very helpful and gets straight to the problem. Also seen the aesthetics work that he does, and it is amazing. think that will be my next investment.

Each and every time i have an appointment i am greeted with extremely friendly and and helpful front of house staff, Always smiling and really look as if they are enjoying their job. I am always seen on time by DR Bobby who always makes me feel really comfortable and at ease. Regent Street Clinics is the reason i continually return and wouldn't go elsewhere.

Very impressive team of people trying their best to help people with all manner of medical issues. I'm always amazed how busy it is but not really surprised given how good the quality of care is. There's plenty of other places people could go but they always appear to descend upon this clinic despite it being very busy. The clinic has helped my family for a number of years and we are indebted to the thoroughness of the doctors and nurses here. The bedside manner is always immaculate and even though they are snowed under with people there is always a smile on the face of the staff, that speaks volumes for the organisation as a whole. Today my friend and I booked in for lip enhancement. A lot of people/friends have advised us to come to regent clinic and recommended the lip fillers. When we arrived Dr Bobby sat us both down and Gave us an idea of what would look best, and shown us examples of what shapes you can get. I found this really helpful as it was my first ever time! Dr Bobby is very professional but also very down to earth with great advice. I was a little nervous and he re-assured me and made sure I was all ok. Now I have had my Lips done I can honestly say the results are amazing I'm so happy with them! I'm overall happy And I certainly will be back :) I also would recommend to everyone ! Many Thanks xx

I can’t thank the Doctors enough, Bobby especially, for being so helpful, approachable and relaxing. My experience with the medical staff is excellent.
However, having booked “the first appointment available” for all three of my vaccinations, my waiting times were 40 minutes, 25 minutes and 45 minutes respectively. In my longest wait of nearly 45 minutes from my appointment time, only two other people were in the waiting room.
The running of the clinic is done so with punctuality as an afterthought, and it’s insulting to be left 45 minutes for no clear reason and with no information given by the receptionists, who sat on their phones for the entirety of my experience with them.
If you value your time, I would not recommend visiting this clinic; the waiting times are truly absurd. A sign in the waiting area advertises that the clinic sees 90% of its patients within 10 minutes. I’d be interested to see where they get that figure from, as clearly their conclusion is deluded.

I was referred to the regent street clinic by my nurse, I received 10/10 treatment and excellent last minute travel advise in a clean relaxed environment and even had my injections done on that day. my treatment was worth every penny and I will return to regent street clinic for any other travel medication needed in the future.

Came to clinic for first time today for Botox treatment which I have had elsewhere before. As always the clinic advised double the amount of units given that I am a male and have strong lines! I paid £300 and was delighted with the service. Dr Bobby and Saleem were great and I will definitely be back!
