Great service, yes the base cost of a consultation which is 15 minutes at £65 is on the more expensive side, especially if like me it’s something straight forward that just needed a prescription. However, you are paying for the convenience which I think is reasonable. Was able to get an appointment within hours, several slots available and you could amend it at any point, locations throughout London. Also able to dispense some medications they hold in stock which is £2-£3 more than an NHS prescription but again up to you whether you do it or just take the prescription. They are not at all pushy about it. Would use again.

May be a good choice if you want to make some tests in the weekends or late hours and want to get the results quickly.
I wouldn't recommend if you are serious about your health, as the staff are immature and lack medical experience.
Their prices are high, and compared to the service you get in return, there is very little value for money.

BEWARE!
Their pricing is deliberately duplicitous - rate given is for nurse but they automatically book you for the premium doctor's service. The admin is rubbish - I had multiple email exchanges to confirm payment details only for the patient to be held as I they failed to manage the transaction as confirmed. They request pre visit information then ask all the smae questions again. There are better Abbott tests for less.

The clinic is clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was warmly welcome there and the service was quick and the advice was good. The doctor is very friendly, experienced and was quickly in identifying what’s wrong. The appointment started a bit early and I was in and out within 15min.

Excellent, efficient and professional service. I booked my appointment on Friday afternoon and within less than 24 hours I was able to see GP who provided me with all analysis and tests I needed. Doctor took his time to understand my case very. Follow up after and communication with GP after the visit were prompt and informative. I would highly recommend London Doctors Clinic.

I agree with the general opinion. It is a service easy to use, I was pleasantly received and the Doctor who was quietly spoken got to the point. I was in a poor state of health being overwhelmed by my illness and this is exactly what I wanted. I thank him for his professional assistance.

Very good and quick service. Doctor will issue a prescription and most of the time medicines are in stock, so no need to go to pharmacy. Doctors issue true diagnosis and correct medications! Useful service who need same-day doctors appointment! Will use it again. 15 minute appointment is more than enough!

It's great that they do Sunday appointments. The doctor was really caring and kind. She diagnosed my illness and gave me medicine there and then, I was grateful not to have to go to a pharmacy. Wouldn't hesitate to go back next time I have an urgent problem.

I booked at 5:15 and was seen at six and greeted with the same warm empathetic service that I received at Holborn
Doctor was excellent extremely efficient had excellent medical knowledge and clinical skills and I left feeling both reassured and psychologically much better

Very comfortable reception and office. Both times I've been here (once on a Saturday) the doctor actually listened, gave clear advice, and helped me with prescriptions and referrals, and to navigate how to get the further help I needed. They also stock certain basic prescriptions right there - eliminating the need for another stop at a pharmacy, which is helpful especially off-hours. Sometimes, it's worth it to invest a little for excellent service.

Easy to find the building but very hard to actually find / get to the clinic - no one answers the phone or the door before 8 am either to help ... maybe lucky to get in
Doctor ok but as usual in the UK they don’t actually listen and probe - just give general advice ... and make u feel like you are just a bit over excited about your health ... would not use them again as the doctor made me feel like I could have googled my concern ...

Really fast, easy and convenient!... I was struggling with my mental health and my GP couldn't see me for a month! I saw Dr Hitesh Bodani who was absolutely fantastic, he put me at ease and really spent time making sure he had covered all bases. Would highly recommend! It's really easy to find as well and I felt like it was great value for money too.

I must say that the attention was exquisite, as well as the punctuality of the appointment. On the other hand they failed in the diagnosis .. I went with my 6 year old son for more than likely otitis. The doctor who treated us had an exceptional treatment with my little one, but her diagnosis was that it was something viral, so she did not need antibiotic treatment .. Error ... I even told her that we had to take a plane that same night and if not there was danger ... his answer, no, everything is fine to fly ... my son had a nosebleed produced by the pressure of the plane, to have otitis in both ears (I am from Spain and we already had an appointment for the next day at his pediatrician)... Thank God he eliminated that pressure through the nose , because otherwise the eardrum would have perforated...

Excellent service especially if one wants a consultation sooner than one might have through one's own GP - especially useful for those in London and away from their own domiciles.
I had a doctor who listened, sympathised and understood what I was saying and who suggested a course of action which took effect immediately. It was, as it happens, the right course and I am now much improved.

Just flew in from Australia being quite ill when visiting in January. The doctor was able to instantly diagnose and prescribed with medication. So much more efficient than back home! Not too mention it was a Sunday and was an accurate diagnosis (sometimes unheard of in Aus).

It's great to be able to get tests done on a Sunday. However I was promised a response within 4-6 hours, and results didn't come back until 8 hours later, at a point when I had given up on receiving them that day and causing stress and anxiety. Attempts to contact the company had failed - if someone had kept me informed then this could have been alleviated.

Good experience overall, good location. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Dr Aarti was very nice. Same day result for blood test which is great. Put a 4* and not 5 because I feel the price is quite high as compared to elsewhere.

Excellent service, nothing I can honestly complain about.
The receptionist was very nice and helped booking an appointment in the most geographically convenient clinic for me, she was able to offer an appointment within an hour in waterloo, the clinic is in front of the station so super easy to get to.
The consultation was with doctor Jay B., friendly an knowledgeable, he went above and beyond the call of duty, understood my anxiety and gave me a call as soon as he had the results back from the Lab, I truly appreciated it.
The price, £55, for the consultation seems fair considering you virtually have to wait only few minutes or hours to see a real doctor in central London, in a nice, clean and perfumed clinic, I’m not sure I would pay an higher price though. At the current rate I will definitely use them in the future if needed.
I have notice and appreciated also the attention to the privacy, the form filled at the arrival in the clinic was processed by the receptionist and then shredded immediately while the lab results have been shared electronically with me via email with access via a secure site protected by password.

Went in for a Kenalog injection. Great service and bang on time appointment. It costs but the flexibility and convenience make it a far better proposition than relying on my local GP who refuses to even administer Kenalog, if you can get an appointment.
